Rest day for me today as normal, however Meg requested zero cardio, minimal steps & has added a small amount of food to my final 2 meals of the day, just to freshen up a touch before we dig back in again tomorrrow, sleep wasn’t to great, we should be on my cycle about now, and I have just been feeling it a little more than normal! So excited to see what tomorrow brings once we drop off a little fatigue! The recovery boots have been on all day so far and I’ve had a nap

Great session today as below! Today was a diggg probably the hardest session yet of prep. BUT nothing beats that feeling of getting after it anyway, even posing felt hard today, but again, nothing feels better than completing the day with intent, I believe it’s good to pose when you feel this way, if you can pose well a little bit battered then when your fresh come stage time, it’ll show! No drop yet since cals have been adjusted! Cycle should be here around now, I wonder if it’ll come as I still had it last month!

Damn! I hope you have a speedy recovery! I think you should as Chloe said be able to keep some lower exercises in, I did when I broke my foot, just takes a little thinking & adjusting! Let us know how you get on!

I’d definitely try giving the tweaks the others have advised here to essentially make the movement harder!

Rest day for me today!
Some diet changes have been made on my meal plan, calories are 1559 on a training day & 1244 on a rest day! Let’s gedddit! This is still much higher than I usually would be! Excited to see how the body changes over the next few days!!@KerrySexton_ifbbpro - IG.

Make sure you’re hitting your overall protein goal. If you find that after adjusting your fats (from egg yolks) your overall protein is low, then yes, you need to make up for it. You can make up for it with egg whites or any other protein of choice.

and to add to Louis, I’d just say make sure you measure the egg whites even if it is from the egg for accuracy

Training day for me today & a trip out shopping with a friend
weight dropped today to 55.4kg so no changes were made to food today, which I was expecting!! Let’s see what tomorrow brings with daily check ins now!!

Rest day for me today, cardio has gone from 7x 25mins to 7×35 mins, steps have gone from 13k to 15k! Had a nice productive day, not much client work but a lot of sorting out in the house! A tidy house is a tidy mind right – although it’s taken me over 6 hours & I’m not finished

Honestly I’d just use the sauce it won’t be many calories at all, if you enjoy your meal with it then go for it! I use sauce all year around!

Rest day for me today! Another check in, and I was wrong, Meg has made no changes! She’s happy, we are changing! This prep feels so different to me, don’t get me wrong, at times it’s hard, but I’m still on 1700 cals on a training day & 1400 cals on a rest day with only 7x25mins cardio & 13k steps, I’m used to a reaaaal dig, so it feels very strange to me!! I’m waiting for more with 24 days to go.. but hay! What we are doing is working & Megs happy!!
