Baby rice will probably end up more expensive to be fair! But you can get rice flour (different to ground rice) & makes the same way as making COR, just mix in boiling water – none of them taste to great imo

Another rest day for me today, had an online posing client, some client check ins, some other bits of work & planning, a nail appointment and a walk this evening with Marc to finish our steps off, time for dinner & an early night, we go again tomorrow but with glutes – yay!

Another training day, a bit of a push through on this one, but a good session all in all! a little cycle related lower back pain, so instead of the b-stance rdls here I did an extra set of abductor and an extra set of single leg press,
Glute med kick back
3×12-15
Smith hip thrust
1×10-12
1×12-15
B-stance rdl
2×12-15
Single leg press
2×12-15
Abductor
3×12-20
Reverse pec dec –
2×12-15
I’ve been given a start date now for prep for the 19th of May which will make it a 17 week prep! Exciting times!!!!!!

I’d say it’s worth changing the incline walk to something that is going to push you a little more, bike, cross trainer, stair master & taking this away from your daily step goal instead of dropping to 1200, for someone of your size I feel this is a little extreme in my opinion..

Rest day for me today, it’s been a productive one for sure which is great, a couple of new client calls, a posing lesson, some client work!
Yesterday makes sense to me now as I came on today (sorry tmi) get super excited for when I do because in the next couple of days I’ll be back to my “normal” self whatever that is 😆 this also makes me really look forward to training because I know I have some amazing sessions ahead of me!

Training day today, not my best, felt pretty hormonal & tired BUT got it done & well with some posing after! It’s just been a day of work & cleaning the house other than that with an offplan meal this evening!!

I definitely agree with the others this is definitely in my opinion where you focus on one or the other.. I struggled to even play football & bodybuild eventually quit football!

I have one off plan each week, I take away 2 meals & choose a meal that sits roughly around the same as my daily calories.. so my bodyweight isn’t effected & it’s still satisfying & it is something that responds well with my body – usually Caribbean, so chicken, 2 dumplings, a small portion of sweet potato fries & a small portion of coleslaw, I usually just opt for the same thing each week to from preference..
You will be fine taking away 2 meals to replace for an offplan meal.

Rest day today but I went to the ben weider with my friend fiona to watch the pro bikini show! Definitely got me hyped for my own season that’s for sure!! Literally wanted to be on that stage 😗😅 was nice to see some familiar faces! Not much else other than that! Have only just got in so a little later to bed this evening!

Well seeing as yesterday wasn’t a great day, todays been great, had a really progressive session & then spent the day with Marc and his daughter, she cried happy tears when we told her about our engagement 🥹 so cute, then I took her to the arcade for the evening, all in all a lovely day!!!

Hey so I agree with what Marc has said. Just looking at your leg session A, I think if you were to change your order and have lying ham curl first then your SLDL this could be better as the isolation exercise will get your hamstrings warm before going into the hip hinge exercise
