Agree with the others here, but if you fancy some every now & then & the rest of your nutrition is varied from other more nutrient dense foods.. I don’t see that a small amount would be a huge problem every so often 🙂

Rest day for me today! As planned lol!
Thai massage, steps have gone from 10k to 12k, so we’re moving in the direction of shreds! Lots of work today as per, all in all a good day! But pretty tired yesterday was a heavy work day after a tiring weekend so an early night as per this evening! 🙂 feels gooood to be back doing the do with full health! Final rest day for me 🙈 back in tomorrow, and feeling sooo much better today!!! Thankfully! Dropped a kilo on average this week, so we’re still making progress. 7 weeks to go.. looking flat but that’ll change once I’m back in the gym.. not much else today just a lot of catching up on yesterday with socials etc etc etc!!

Wow. Just got back from the npc world wide ultimate seminar & apparently it was the biggest in the npc / ifbb so far, suki (bstv) Marnie, my self have been trying to make this happen for the past year, so it was amazing to see it all come together!
Crazy aswell because as I’ve said here pretty much every day, I’ve been so unwell, I’ve barely been able to talk, and today by gods grace, I did not cough during my talks!🥲 that was literally allll I was worried about 🙏😂
Was such An amazing turn out..
Got to check in with Meg, we decided one more rest day tomorrow after starting at 4:30am this am, and then we should be back in Monday! She’s happy BUT we are super duper flat 😂😩

Agree with the others here, and your age is definitely not going to hold you back, I agree you could go with men’s physique however as Oscar said as you are not in a rush, then you could grow into classic! Let us know what you decide 🙂
