Agree with ryan here, ultimately it’s up to you, it would be interesting to see your last stage pictures & pictures now!.. you could keep going & see if you feel you’ve made enough progress & then post some comparisons here

Woke up 55.5kg yesterday after 109g protein, 453g carbs, 40g fats, my normal (offseason or prep) 6.5l water, my normal 2g lo salt, normal 10g pink salt.. so only 0.1kg heavier, the body is soaking that food up!
Today was a training day, trained at a really cool gym called down town fitness, there are many in Romania & i definitely recommend if you are ever here!
Had a great session, today I just did client work, ate, rested, ordered some more food, luckily I mananged to find somewhere that sells baby rice as we are churrrning through it!
I have a podcast this evening & our HECXTN clothing is dropping!
Rest day tomorrow – we’re really happy with the look & I’m excited to see how things turn out for the rest of the week.. I’m feeling really good, just switched off & all the trust into meg, makes the process a lot easier & is generally a really nice place to be, it doesn’t even feel like I’m competing, this really is the mindset I love heeding into shows!

Another day closer to the stage! this morning I woke up at 55.4kg, so 1,1kg lighter than Monday, we did a bigger feed today and ran a full rest day again.. im in my bad cycle phase so i have appreciated the rest, my body always looks better for it than running it in to the ground more, today was 109g protein, 453g carbs, 40g fats.. going to bed lighter than last night off to sleep now it 19:40 here, so we shall see how we wake tomorrow! Meg and my self are so happy with the look & how its progressing over the day, so im super excited!!!!

Just landed in Romania! We ran 7 meals today, I managed to get to sleep around 7pm last night (took me a while to get off) woke up 12:45am, checked my packing, and was off! Got here at around 11:45, checked in to my apartment & then headed to get some food shopping! Going to look for a Thai massage, then off to sleep I go, managed to get all client work sorted at the airport! So that was good! Excited to be here!!

Can you post your current diet here (fully)? Stress wise, do you use a tracker at all, do you know what your RHR is? Do you sleep well for a long duration of time, but with good quality? Can you list any sups you currently take?

well, we are officially one week out today! all set and ready to fly leaving at 2am tomorrow for a 6am flight to Romania, we started the peak yesterday and hit today up with 110g protein, 356g carbs, 59f, zero cardio (haven’t done any since august) 10k steps.. im going to try and head off to bed for 6/6.15pm so I can get a little sleep! today I trained, had a hyperbaric chamber, and spent time with Marcs little one!

Rest day for me today, had a massage, hyperbaric chamber, sorted some of my packing out, and have Marc’s daughter today to which is lovely.. so a nice chilled evening with her ♥️ we have started to “peak” now.. exciting times ahead 8 sleeps out ✨

Im in full agreement here, epic work and you are defo ready to grow.
I would drop the clen out and slowly taper food up into the holiday end of this month. Not only is this the most sensible move based on were body composition is now but it will mean you won’t see much of a rebound/water retention effect when away

Back down today to lighter than the day before & a new lowest of this side of shows, 55.8kg, both really happy with the look, on around 2100 & 2200 cals atm, zero cardio, 8-10k steps.. had a great session today / below ⤵️ & have had my hair coloured.. now I’m in the hyperbaric chamber!
