    Getting bored of writing this now 🙈 another rest day today.. just praying I can speak tomorrow at this point :/!!!! Not much else to say, I’m progressively getting better but just not fully!!

    Another rest day for me…. Hoping to be back in the gym tomorrow!!! Crazy. But hay, atleast we’re still in a good progressive spot with not much to go, will just be great to train again & be active again!! Currently 0.5kg down on average with 7 weeks to go to reach about 55kg.. currently I’ve seen a low of 56.2kg!

    What a week!! Still we can’t stop these things on prep sometimes so it’s just about managing it!!

    Agree here I wouldn’t opt for protein bars unless there homemade, I find a lot of my clients / my self then suffer from digestive issues.. I’d ChatGPT for some recipes!!

    The advise for the shakes above are solid, I’d go for this over any other!

    Rest day again for me, still unwell.. to be honest, today feels quite similar to yesterday! Normal rest day food today but with the addition of 30g extra buckwheat this eve! I really hope to be better tomorrow jeeezz!! It’s just effecting sleep likely why I’m not recovering that fast!

    Rest day for me, can’t lie guys, we’ve just not shaken this illness.. it’s basically just a horrible cough super chesty, so Meg called me today, we’re “lucky” we are in a good spot with prep.. with not too much to go, antibiotics are going to be needed so awaiting these to arrive!

    I tried to push through.. that’s not been the best move!!

    Also to add here, make sure you always clean your camera, take it on the back camera (never the selfie one)

    There is a cool app called lense buddy, it snaps away, I have mine take one every 2 seconds, beats running back & forth..

    Then make sure you send them via HD, or by a file for the best quality to your coach 🙂

    A normal rest day for me today.. weight up 0.2, so back to my baseline foods today, we stayed at a pod last night, I surprised Marc for our 6th year anniversary so that was lovely!

    We both pushed our work block this morning so spent more time together! So since being back just been at it with work, all on track for an early bed time & a restful evening 🙂

    Solid session today.. still look it a little easy based on my conversation with Meg.. weight this am was another 0.3kg down now 56.3 so we’re moving in the right direction 🙏

    We cook ours in the pan, essentially put in the amount you need, add water so it boils it, then add spices of choice into the boil, then let it fry off a little, locks in the moisture really well tastes good!

    Standard rest day for me today, a pretty chilled day, after yesterday’s higher food weight stayed the same, so Meg added a little to my final meal this evening just to help recovery as I’m still not completely right! Td tomorrow, so hopefully feeling fresh for that – just keep coughing in my sleep which has been pretty annoying! Anyways we’re still in a great spot, 8 weeks out today from the Arnold’s! Tell you what the fire is lit.. just need my body to agree 😤😂

    Back in the gym today for one set only, felt great to be back, energy quickly vanished afterwards, however a busy day with client work etc, Meg increased foods pre bed tonight, weight was 56.6 so a new prep low yay haha.. normal rest day tomorrow & I know I’ll be back & fresh by Sunday after some more solid rest! Excited to get in & get back after it PROPERLY!!
