There is definitely a difference in the large vs large oversize.. are you just comparing your large over size to the large because yes there will be a difference it will be smaller.. maybe you need to try a medium oversize if the large over size is too big & the large is to small?, this could be an option..

Rest day for me today, this morning I did client work, then Marc & myself shot for our clothing brand HECXTN, I then went shopping, more client work, now off for a hyperbaric chamber again.. really finding the benefits of these!
Weight up just a touch today, *0.3kg but the look is still strong, so again we’re both happy!
Getting excited now!!

Use a side lateral machine where the pad rests on your humerus and takes the elbow joint out of it or pop the cuffs above elbow level.
I also find that side laterals are much nicer on the joints when I’m gripping something so my forearms are engaged = elbow support.

Full session today went down, feeling a lot better today after whatever this is came back a little!
Had a low this morning marching my last stage weight at 55.9kg, we are super happy with the look & fullness, I’m so shocked how quickly you can turn a tired unwell body around! Yey.

I would definitely advise a rest day, my body couldn’t continue without one, do you feel your pushing your self hard enough in the gym?

Rest day today however I did the top up from yesterday which was 3 lateral raises & 2 lat pull downs, just to help keep me full, I’m now in the hyperbaric chamber for 90mins today, just been working, haven’t got a step goal at current!
Today I see the body coming back to life even more so long may this continue! Really starting to feel excited now & know I made the right choice to continue!! Now it’s just about making it there hehe!

Training day for me today, however I had an injection into my shoulder yesterday, so im doing half of my session which will be lower body only, then should be in for the rest of that session tomorrow morning! We’ve dropped cals a little today so im excited to see the response I have here! less than 2 weeks out from probably the final show of the year! Megs happy! im happy!

Thank you so much for all the detailed answers! What I actually meant was whether having a small amount of carbs in my pre-workout meal could be an issue, since it’s only about 40 grams of carbs but I don’t feel like it negatively affects my performance during training.
I’d say no not if you are progressing, and feeling no issues with your digestion – I think you’ve found what works for you!

Normal rest day for me today, had another hyperbaric chamber this morning, body’s coming back to life, foods around 2500, cardio 0, steps just where they land! Off for some ems therapy later and an injection ultrasound guided into my shoulder eee.. need to keep this pain & inflammation down!! Today’s a good day though.. feeling my confidence come back!! Let’s do this – 2 weeks!

Training day FINALLY.
Back to feeling okay today, literally feel like this hyperbaric oxygen chamber must have really helped me, I feel totally different to yesterday, it’s either in my head or we’ve just by passed Thur! Anyway 2 weeks out today so just in good time! Megs still happy with my look.. I was worried I’d “lost it” but she’s super honest with me & would always say, we’ve just been doing a lot of mind work! Super grateful for her really & truly!!!Session two:
