What do you suggest what level I should be able to adhere to by myself before a coach can help me? Should I be able to get to single digit by myself? I can adhere to my meal plan but I found out I second guess myself once I get leaner.
No coach is going to force adherence, you should learn how to adhere first before hiring a coach this means getting leaner by your own accord

It isn’t bad, there is no rules I just personally wouldn’t want fats in my post as it would slow down the digestion of carb / pro which I do not want. Post workout I want something that will digest fast to replenish any glycogen lost during my session.

Masteron will do a much better job if your goal is both controlling some e2 sides and growth, proviron doesn’t do anything apart from free up some test and help control e2.
Mast is actually going to yield some growth as it is a dht compound, proviron is not the same

Having a job if anything should make it much easier, prep your food and eat only what you have with you and don’t let stress or job be an excuse to not Adhere.

Push day 267.8 lbs
8 working sets today still low volume as I wasn’t feeling best so not wise to to push for full volume. I need to get fresh fresh so I will run 2 more, pull tomorrow and then hams.

Rest – bodyweight maintained perfectly this week. I’m not feeling super fresh but at this point I never will lol
Sushi last night 265.6 so 0.4 drop – I had my usual plus a few pieces of special roll ( bluefin tuna & radish ) was incredible so refreshing!
Woke up hungry and pretty tight!
I do think my test dose probably needs to come down a touch based of how I’m feeling recently, I have been slowly bringing it up and I think max I can do is 500 without ai ( primo / mast modulate androgen to estrogen ratio ) but they do not directly act like an ai. I think a lot of guys and girls forget this.
I will see how I feel this week, if I feel lethargic like I have done this week Il pull it down a bit. We’ll see as I’m actually not holding much water at all. I have never had vascularity in my legs close to 270 and I have right now so I am pleased ( not content or happy lol )
I won’t let my self get much softer than I am now, my prep start point has to be tidy so I will still aim to go up 1 Lb / 1.5 max per week from here.
Could you please outline how you’ll go about lowering your test dose? I’m sure I wouldn’t be the only one that would appreciate an insight.
I’ve just run into the same issue where I’ve pushed test higher than ever along mast, thinking I’m not seeing any side (gyno, acne and bp all fine) but sleep trash.
Will you drop from current test dose straight down to 500 and make up for total mg with other compounds? Or slowly lower it over time

I will literally just Drop straight back down to 500 bud is all I will do, will take about a week to settle I think. So easy done.I was already at peak dose so I won’t fill it with dht, if you are and just bumped your test do the same.
500 test is deffo limit, any more I would need ai to actually control the estro, easiest way to tell also is literally taking half Aromasin and seeing what your weight does. I did that and I dropped 2 lbs right away.
Now this is where most will just take an ai and I see no reason to do this – test + ai is like literally creating primo / mast lol that’s way I look at it.
Lesson learned again if you feel good don’t fuck about with your cycle, also estro too high will see you bloated and with sore joints just as shitty as estro too low

No knee sleeves still moved some weight but just made everything nasty, hasn’t had pain like this in my legs in a very very long time.

Weight is down today and sleep was pretty poor so extra rest day for me and will do legs tomorrow and devolume need be
Weight has held this week so calories will need to come up once my appetite returns.
I probably went in with full volume too early so I will just auto regulate here and crack on

I run 1000 calories less on rest days as the the energy demand created when I train, still keeps in a surplus on rest too

The only time I ever see most with high consistent BG readings is when bf gets high and they are already insulin resistant at that point not much tissue willl be built anyways.
Are hydrating before checking also ?

Hi Kuba – I just watched your most recent FDOE on YT and I had a couple of questions that I was hoping you could answer for me.
1. You mentioned your salt intake was 15g and Megs was 12g throughout the day. Does that include intra/pre supplementation? Do you have any guidelines on daily salt intake?
2. Meg was discussing how you guys made an increase to her protein. What amount have you found to lead to the best results? I’m sitting right around 1g/lb from direct sources.
Thanks for your help! I’m really looking to dial things in for a nice growth phase.
Salt intake / water intake come hand in hand more you drink more Salt you need +’training
Salt amounts ate total per day no extras added, there’s no real guidelines for this it’s just more so common sense, also this is our salt intake with no extra sodium added from any condiments that most overlook.
Protein intake I shoot for 3/3.5 G protein per lean kg of bodyweight this included protein from trace in offseason BUT during contest prep protein will come up if needed to keep totals the same. 1g per 1 Lb is low imo

What are you feeling that is making you think the test is getting to high? I know everyone’s different but I would imagine your DHT load is quite high, I would assume 500 would be handled easily. Please do share some details if your open to what your feeling![/quote]
Exactly as I explain above, modulating androgen to estrogen ratio is not the same as lowering estro.It simply means you can handle more test / estro is still there but high dht will see you without sides like gyno but other sides can still be present.
For me it’s always sleep, bloating and appetite and that takes a hit when my test dose gets higher
So yeah 600 test is handled easily so would 700 / 800 but that does not mean that this dose is what makes you feel best.
If I was running ai with it sure as then I am pretty much creating a dht compound ( test + ai = non aromatising test which is what primo and mast are )
