    I would pull your steps down instead, 20 k seems silly excessive
    In future if you are doing a feed I would go lower with food and bring steps right down
    You probably walked half of it away with 20 k steps… literally

    If your doing this much steps I wouldn’t be doing any cardio unless absolutely needed it

    Hey Kuba, you posted that gh is feeling immediatly. Im using Godtropin 2iu in morning 2iu Post workout since yesterday for the first time. What could I feel to know of the gh is legit?

    I would consider using some 5htp too as it can have poor mental side effects too, feeling low is very common

    With this stack I would favour 300 test p 200 mast p 150 tren ace if you are already using 750 test and 600 eq.

    Basically you just need hcg n hmg
    Then IF the body recovers n these drugs work all will be well
    However if like mysejf natural test doesn’t come back everything becomes more complicated

    L carnatine – increase motility
    Maca/ AS – natty supps for morphology
    If natural test doesn’t recover you will need Trt for drive morphology through intra testicular testosterone levels

    @kuba @hilly thank you both for the quick replies. Appreciate it a lot. What would you guys say is the minimum effective starting dose for metabolism and some anabolism? Thinking of doing 2 IUs per day. Would you guys do it differently? As I said, looking at keeping the dosage fairly low but still get noticable benefits from it. Once again, thanks!

    2 iu per day is good but like hilly said 3 iu wil do the job

    I think people are reserved these days and that’s great but there is a line of reserved where it just won’t give you what you need

    Agreed, I don’t see the anavar doing much here at all.

    Better off adding extra 20 mg of test and mast in per week bring that total slightly higher

    What do you think hilly ?

    If he is worried about joint issues I would favour 200’test 100 mast

    I like to take clen out if you drop too much, if progress comes on thick and fast drop clen for a few days refeed then go again

    All depends on circumstances tho, sometimes I ran all the way through just depends bud

    Jordan’s approach is excellent with this, some people I find don’t tolerate the EPH stack well so it’s indivudal

    For intra workout I like to keep a small amount in bud for sure I honestly believe it stil makes a huge diff feeding intra bud

    I believe I can grow a lot and get super fresh on food post show. Just make sure the condition doesn’t suffer and we will be good.
