    5 or 7 although on such a low dose imo the difference will be very very small between 3
    Ideal is Ofcourse 7 but 5-7 is probably going to be about the same.
    If you was running more I’d be inclined to spreading dose daily or eod.
    My preference is always daily or eod.
    Other factors will “ limit “ estrogen like your body composition, food, training and sleep
    If you experience sides simply lower dose

    Id probably leave 2 days out apart not together bud.

    Personally I would split dose and run EOD shots for ease.

    another update as we start to alter things & actively come down ?

    im not used to taking the reigns with jordan at all! so i will have to get used to updating….i will be altering diet etc without him even really knowing the specifics…very excited hes allowing me to do this tbh…most of you probably dont follow me or know much of me, but i am actually quite smart and i have been with jordan for nearly 12 years….in that time, we have lived and experienced a lot, im ready to use my knowledge ?

    Jordans body is a complicated one. the tools we have with others, we dont have with jordan…and the tools we have with jordan, we dont have with others haha i will explain that as we go along

    So right now, nandrolone only isnt the best option. A mix of eq, nandrolone, tren and mast will visually be more accurate.

    as most of you know, jordan looks pretty shit on test UNTIL very lean….turns into a blob, and holds a ton of water in his midsection, which is both uncomfortable, impairs training, and looks awful. So FOR HIM, nandrolone & eq is a better choice

    from here….

    1 g eq
    1 g nandrolone
    700 mg tren e
    700 mg mast e
    over time nandrolone will be reduced and removed, more tren & mast will be added…ending potentially on 1 g eq 1 g tren 1 g mast, with any necessary orals used, but sparely, as they arent kind to digestion.

    Depending on the look, test can be used to bump fullness as needed. (eq reduced to accommodate)

    I dont care at all about his weight…at the mo, he is a neat & tidy 281 lbs.

    Its likely he will be around 250lbs in legit condition….condiiton is my thing! so it will be 250lbs CORINNE standard condition lol….if its less its less….zeros cares….im not afraid to push for that & there is no upper limit to jordans work capacity….i am also very prepared to live with a tired & quiet jordan haha…i will get big, full, aesthetic, peeled, dry… job done

    just a quick update from me….

    jordan is looking flyyyyy this morning (i dont even know what that words means tbh but i know its a good thing!)

    legs are sweepy, proportions are nice….more lines and little details appearing – perfect

    If you stall you are likely over training or under eating.

    When you are under training you will basically feel like you are hardly training ? you want to be in the middle where you feel like you are almost smashed but still progressing

    Me personally I do 20 minute stairs daily 6-8 000 steps daily in peak of my offaeson to keep fitness levels up

    Hey bud, with having a hinge programmed in both leg and pull days adding a BOR would absolutely ruin me it’s still a very effective movement but right now I am focusing on other movements. bor in the mix right now would be counter productive

    Also I would favour using more primo rather than a little mast and a little primo both are very similar in what they do primo is just a little stronger imo
