    Measure fasted after you have hydrated I would often measure post meals too say 90 mins post carbohydrate meal to see how sensitive I am especially in offseason it’s a great tool for sure

    If your blood sugar is naturally low that’s good, you don’t need to add extra just because it’s low just eat your meals

    Trt is much healthier option
    Coming off cold turkey this way will affect your libido long term and cause issues long term
    If your going to use be mindful of consequences and do your research as to what is the most sensible
    If you use majority time of year TRT is much healthier option imo from hormonal perspective

    Thanks for the reply Kuba. Would it be worth coming off completely and PCT? To as you said get myself fresh for whenever stuff is back open again fully, I’m guessing coming off totally would get me even more fresh. Although I guess this option wouldn’t be as good for my end physique goal perhaps. My only thought is this is only my 2nd cycle so I haven’t cruised before, would starting to cruise after only 2 cycles be too early to start? If that makes sense.     Well it depends to come off and have a succesful pct the process takes around 4/5 months.

    Are you willing to be off for that long ? If so do it if not run trt with some hcg alongside

    Game plan is set for peaking, trying @stefan method for this one as it aligns with what I would do just with some more alterations.

    Last training session upper body pump keeping some reps in reserve which is awful but necessary at this point

    Anything but low row or that pull over really, yeah it’s a popular piece of kit I’d get it if you had a huge gym to fill but if your looking for effective it’s not good at all
