    Not that strong to have the need to add set extensions additional metabolic work just yet.
    Sst is ideal for guys like james Jordan or Ian who are teaching human potential when it comes to Strenght.
    I will stick to what I’m doing now until I cannot progress further.

    Totally agree mate. Walk before you run.
    I feel a lot of people are going to see SST training as this new, sexy way of training that will gain them tissue quicker. Same thing when Jordan did RIR training and specified he was trialing it for himself, he wasn’t saying everyone else do it.
    Stick to straight sets and get strong at them, leave SST for the advanced.

    Supplement with iodine and you will be fine bud as long as you don’t run crazy doses for crazy long

    By iodine, do you just mean like a generic sea kelp supplement? I have abused T3 stupidly over the last year, come on and off it, running up to 75mcg a day at times. I was off it for 10 weeks, got fat, mostly to do with my terrible diet, then when I started cutting again I stupidly added it back in at 50mcg. Just gunna see it out until the end of this cut and then drop it once I have reached my desired body fat is my best bet to maintain steady fat loss, for another 8-10, weeks before I reverse diet. I know it’s not ideal but I’ve sort of fucked up by adding it to soon now.
    Edit – I wish I joined on here a long time ago, or started listening to your stuff a while ago. I have been given a lot a bad advice and misinformation in the past, hence why I’ve done this stupid shit.

    I do just over 2 g per meal spread across 6 meals and 1 intra workout pretty easy and not really a high amount should probably be more tbh
    Does nothing to the look but helps with Performance a ton imo
    Nothing else changes… salt is under consumed by most especially athletes

    For athletes I advise nothing less than 13 per day.

    Spread this across day.
