Hi mate if the person makes a living from the sport they have to be going through an elite development pathway” there are different sections to each point as you go down. I thought you do online coaching too , anyway enough just trying to help !

Hey bud stick your reading glasses on….
Please read carefully.
If you earn a living from the sport you are classed as an elite level athlete.

Yes … then read down if you derive a living from the sport then it has to be through a pathway through an authorised governing body i.e the olympics.
The elite sportsmen has to be going through a certified body, which unfortunately the IFBB is not
Seperate paragraph bud…. it’s not all linked into one separate points

Really enjoyed reading your log, lots to take from it and learn from, have you managed to get your bedtime routine sorted so you’re not up so late and if so have you noticed a difference in energy levels etc? Getting to bed at a decent time has never been something I’ve been very good at!

Hey brother
Last week or so I’ve been perfect bed now later than 11:30 pm aside from last night around 00:30 Just because I had extra work to catch up on.
I feel a 100% better waking earlier more energy more productive I now eat 4 meals before I train at 16:30 so it’s perfect as I can eat my last meal at 22:00 and get even better sleep.
I really think routine plays a huge role on BB I will do a video about it.
You can literally be ticking EVERY box but if you eat slack in one it all falls apart everything works together like an oiled machine in this game bro

Yes your metabolism will be flying if you eat a heavy meal before bed

Pre bed opt for lighter smaller meals that don’t sit heavy, eat more in day and around your workouts

After your 3 days of rest back to the Push Pull Rest Legs Rest split?

I actually did 4 days rest
Started with legs off push pull off repeat but yes set up stays

You would’ve really needed it then!
That’s my favorite split aswell. Great for recovery imo
If you train with intensity it’s the best split I’ve pretty much tried to run every other variation and split and always revert back to this and it’s always the most productive
