    Slight adjustment to TD food m7 removed 75 whey and 30 almond butrrr

    2 lbs down again today coming in at 250 look flat but leaner so all good. Will post diet brow

    All depends on context of what you are doing an goals… drug use shouldn’t be set in stone switch when it’s needed

    Program a PPL split

    Focus on getting strong with

    High incline press
    Dip
    For push as your main moves

    RdL
    Row
    For pull

    Squat
    Leg press
    Legs

    Add in fluff work around it to suit bud

    Simple and will be more effective than trying to hit full body every other day

    Another days rest ✅

    Anyone who knows me knows how much I tick every box recent turns of events with gyms closing and my gym closing also lead to slight disturbance in my daily routine meaning my routine and bed time was more inconsistent than ever before

    This pretty much buried me and my recovery so it really shows how important really ticking every box is if one thing isn’t done it ALL falls apart… speaking of which it’s 11 pm now and it’s bed time

    1 more rest tomorrow and we rock and roll

    Hi Kuba, hope you’re keeping well. After watching the education section on training splits, knowing JP ran fortitude style full body split a while back and Cal has recently done similar, do you think you will do a full body/ upper lower any time soon? Or stick with ppl varient?

    No I won’t bud, personally for my own progression I need to run something more specific I don’t just need to grow bigger legs for example my programming is still very much based around my whole back side. I think Jordan himself wouldn’t run upper lower again think he has ran it when he had half the muscle he has… same with cal he ran it when he was much smaller doubt he would again.

    I’ve consistently added 10-15 lbs of muscle each time I step on stage following push pull legs with certain changes and additions I’m happy to keep repeating this process as long as I can and I know I can repeat this at least twice before I’m left with adding 3/4 lbs per offseason

    I’ve seen some of Patric’s stuff

    Very complicated and about 6 different methods in one

    Don’t get me wrong it looks amazing and mind blowing

    Il stick to basic principles that so far got me at least 10/12 lbs of extra muscle each time.

    Another days rest ✅another day closer until we are back in gym

    So plan is to rest till Tuesday now instead so we continue to ride it out.

    I’m still smashed so it’s needed and il take as long as I need to get fresh.

    Few more days and il be ok another physio tomorrow and we will be mended

    First day of total rest and it was ok, I’m still totally smashed so each day I will get better 4 days off planned minimum so let’s see how it goes

    Pulled my pec however, but not bad just some popped fibres. Back off for a couple weeks let it catch up and go again. Pulled it second set of pressing, continued the set just super slow

    Rep range today was nothing below 15 apart from hack which was 10.5 x 10

    Didn’t get mad I was pretty peaceful I still felt fresh and feel fresh now couple of hours later

    Another day of rest as I spoke about previous issue, the bike is out and walking is in.

    Much preferred that today actually.

    These days I’m pretty much office bound for work so getting my steps in is part of my task now very odd as I used to have to slow down as I’d get too many steps in
