    Very much needed days rest after a deload leg session, it’s time to run baseline volume for a couple of sessions to get back on top with feeling fresh.

    Kuba, not sure if you’ve mentioned before but how do you go about doing vacums? As in is it everyday and for how long etc

    Being in the position to be able to train out of a facility, are you finding it as mentally satisfying like you would have pre-lockdown with a gym full of people?

    Much better personally, I get left alone. I can focus and think about 1 thing

    At times training at my gym I have tons of people coming up to me mid session weather it’s customers or staff which I obviously don’t mind but it can be hard at times.

    Can you please explain the workouts little deeper man? X2 first set heaviest like its your last and the second small back off? I dont fully understand if you dont have any warmup och feeder sets on the exercises? Ive tried to copy some workout and first exercise ive done build up the weight but with lower reps till the heaviest set. Low reps meaning 1-4 reps not the exhaust for the heavy sets. Am im getting this all wrong?Great youtube, love watching and ive learned a lot since ive started the follow you. Had a really bad coach recently who fucked me up mentally and physically but listning to you help me a lot coming back on the right path on my own.Keep it up!

    Ah man don’t worry il explain it all for you now.
    These are only my working sets to failure
    I don’t count warm up and feeder sets
    For example on my squat I will take 3/4 warm ups/feeder sets so on
    Compound movements I often take more feeder sets than others
    As I get deeper into my sessions I only take 1 feeder set if neeeded and on isolation work I sometimes don’t as I know my numbers from my log book so I know what I need to get again it’s relative and totally individual some people need at least 1 feeder/warm up set always

    My usual session today I felt a little off RDL was a little bit of a struggle so more emphasis on recovery needed this week I’m not ready to deload yet but it may be coming up to the time of need we will see how next two sessions go

    Solid days rest
    Everything ticked off steps cardio and meals, I actually used my grill today to grill all mine and megs meat it tasted awesome.
    One thing that made me a little angry today, all people sharing tributes about Luke on their instagrams yet couldn’t even donate 5£ to for his family… shameful narcissistic attitudes really riding of the back of a tragedy.

    Not to mention the 20,000+ new followers he gained since.. Utter madness. Think I can speak for us all when I say it feels like we’ve lost a best friend/Brother from the impact he had on everyone.

    Any tendon issues I get in my legs 9 times out of 10 are from being super tight

    Solid days training push ticked off my Strenght was up, didn’t hit any RP sets as my sleep wasn’t super last night

    Regardless successful day and session look is improving a lot now

    hi, you once said that you mixed your meals, and this wasnt so good.
    Could you explain why did you decide on mixing meals in the past, and why did you stop it ?
    *I think i made recently the same mistake. I ate regular melas, everythink was ok, and step by step i starting mixing more and more, you know, for spending less time to biting it ;). After few day better digestion, my digestion going worse in next few day.

    I stil do mix meals but your confusing the understanding

    I mixed protein sources which potentially gives a wider range of amino per meal.

    I don’t mix and combine meal together as it would ruin my digestion and pretty much be q waste of a meal.

    Depending on size of your meals too you could potentially get away with it once on low Cals…

    I know Kuba and meg mince their own meat. I believe they use fillet primarily.
    It’s a good way of quality control over the food you consume. Knowing exactly what you are eating.
    If people don’t like mincing their own meat then a good local butcher would do it for you, providing you bought it from them of course.
