    Using bpc is just a temporary fix

    You need to pin point why it’s happening.

    Imo opinion there will be an issue with execution somewhere along line.

    Any tendon issue comes from misuse…

    Every other day Along with vacuums

    Leg raises alternate with crunches hit both higher and lower rep ranges 3-4 sets each time

    Solid days rest

    Everything ticked off steps cardio and meals, I actually used my grill today to grill all mine and megs meat it tasted awesome.

    One thing that made me a little angry today, all people sharing tributes about Luke on their instagrams yet couldn’t even donate 5£ to for his family… shameful narcissistic attitudes really riding of the back of a tragedy.

    Can you please explain the workouts little deeper man?
    X2 first set heaviest like its your last and the second small back off? I dont fully understand if you dont have any warmup och feeder sets on the exercises? Ive tried to copy some workout and first exercise ive done build up the weight but with lower reps till the heaviest set. Low reps meaning 1-4 reps not the exhaust for the heavy sets. Am im getting this all wrong?
    Great youtube, love watching and ive learned a lot since ive started the follow you. Had a really bad coach recently who fucked me up mentally and physically but listning to you help me a lot coming back on the right path on my own.

    Ah man don’t worry il explain it all for you now.

    These are only my working sets to failure

    I don’t count warm up and feeder sets

    For example on my squat I will take 3/4 warm ups/feeder sets so on

    Compound movements I often take more feeder sets than others

    As I get deeper into my sessions I only take 1 feeder set if neeeded and on isolation work I sometimes don’t as I know my numbers from my log book so I know what I need to get again it’s relative and totally individual some people need at least 1 feeder/warm up set always

    Very challenging leg day as couldn’t fit enough weight on most machines so little extra volume

    Adductor x2
    Leg extension x3
    Seated leg curl x2
    Hack squat x1 31 reps with all I could fit on
    HS v squat x2
    Leg press x2
    SL curl x2
    45 hyper x2
    Calf raise x2

    Hard day for my self trying to gather my thoughts still get my work done and do the necessary.
    Spoke to Luke recently too which makes it even harder to sink in, times like this put things in perspective.

    If your at 136 lbs you need to eat up man
    Get back in a surplus and don’t really focus on losing weight when your already very light

    Pretty terrible day someone reported me for using my own gym and staff working so had to take a detour the whole day kind of ruined and set back so a very long night ahead of me for sure

    Another days rest I’m absolutely trashed from legs yesterday, had some limited time to get my training in so session was rather short.
    We can all agree this lock down is now getting on everyone’s nerves a lot, really can’t see this being sustainable much longer for the public.
