    Another days rest I’m absolutely trashed from legs yesterday, had some limited time to get my training in so session was rather short.

    We can all agree this lock down is now getting on everyone’s nerves a lot, really can’t see this being sustainable much longer for the public.

    Maybe some eaa but generally you wouldn’t need anything during cardio then again it all depends on your sport
    If you was a boxer or a MMA athlete I would add in carbohydrates and electrolytes to your intra

    For caffeine to have any performance enhancing effects the dose you would have to take is pretty crazy tbh. Utilise food for performance that’s only tool that will have dramatic improvements

    Hey bud

    2 is optimal you can really focus on pushing them
    Movements without them feeling somewhat alien. Once you opt for 3 rotations it’s just too long in between certain movements to keep it on point

    Pretty terrible day someone reported me for using my own gym and staff working so had to take a detour the whole day kind of ruined and set back so a very long night ahead of me for sure

    With the reverse band on hack squats… is the aim to decrease weight/ stress on knee joint in the bottom of the rep and release band tension/ increase load as we get into shortened position?

    Yes sir

    When you reverse band it you only want tension to come off right at the very bottom… protect knees a lot this way you can really focus on eccentric control And take the piss with depth…. force your hams into the calf!

    Reverse banded hack x1 ( 9 pps x14 nearly died took my belt off caught my breath hit another 6)

    Reverse hyper x2
    Calf raise x2
