Very very good push session although a few movements have stuck so we will re jig tonight sessions and run it by Jordan.
Plan will be to have the high incline bb as our main move, possibly reverse banded if we can band it properly.

Very good rest day and check in day weight was at 258.2 so we are down from 266 in around 10 days
My body feels great everything is functioning better
Check in with Jordan and he said to hold as we will keep flying off and he was right
Woke up today at 256.2 so he made the right decision for sure I’m sure this set up will have it flying and improving.

Pros of training fasted for muscle retention of hypertrophy…. absolutely none. It’s a great way to get smaller imo
Performance is key, you can’t perform in a deficit without any food prior optimally

Rest day routine for me today.
Me and @megansylvester are taking the dinosaurs on a walk, I normally pretty much get all my steps in on this walk for the day and I’m going to hit 20 minutes on stairs later.
So far I am 6 lbs down from Tuesday so all systems go 259 this morning… shredded already obviously LOL_________________________________________
