    Yeah it won’t affect blood work buddy I wouldn’t worry about it… it will only affect a few readings which will be obvious but ones you actually need to watch for won’t be affected

    Solid pull session ✅ we had the @giantjohal over tonight and it was a blast as always. Jamie normally is gassed out because of how big he is but today he was on form with being almost contest ready

    We hit some posing too after the session and filmed for his YouTube… he’s looking dangerous and will do the damage

    hi Kuba, i’ve also got an Oura ring. would be interesting if you posted your readiness and sleep scores each day to see the differences between rest and training day scores. Also noticed the Rotherham boys have rotated the deadlift, after reading AJ’s recent post, is your rational for rotating it the same? thanks ????

    My scores are pretty shite tbh sleep is awful so working to improve that

    Readiness ranges from 71 to 78 and again working on that

    Today we hit push short clips of training and some explanations and a semi fun day in life.

    Today’s session went as follows

    Prime lateral x2
    High incline smith x2
    Flat prime press x2
    Triceps dip machine x2
    Pec dec x3
    Side raise Atlantis x2
    Cuffed lateral x2
    Prime bar rope push down x3
    Single arm push down x1

    Top session, I’m sure we nearly broke Oscar but it was so much fun ????

    I am with Kuba ppl but only days a week that’s how I train as well as chest shoulders and triceps are my weakness I do
    Pull Push Rest Legs Rest Push Rest repeat gives me enough recovery to progress very well

    This is perfect
    People over cook push pull leg train too much with too much volume then wonder why it didn’t work for them lol

    Yep also in frequency if you train intense and at your limits I don’t think anyone can train more than 4-5 times a week recover well and progress the logbook.

    It’s impossible, the stronger you get the less you can train that’s the sad reality unfortunately

    I would give blood, the rest looks fine aside from liver slightly up.

    Order some tudca choline and nac it will help tremendously

    I have had to take another rest day, partly because the DOMS on my back, hams & glutes are intense but I have also had to teach on a 2 day seminar…so I’ll be doing push tomorrow with @kuba1000hotmail-co-uk-cielen at ultra flex Rotherham . I am so excited, because when me and kuba get together, it’s always manic…very productive

    I wouldn’t bud

    Full body session you want to be as accurate as possible and make sure each set is perfect

    In that set up makes no sense to do so especially as most of the session should be made up of compounds

    Rest between sets 2-6 mins for me bud

    Another day another dollar

    Standard Sunday routine

    Wake hit cardio breakfast then physio and hair cut… spent day working at gym then had traditional polish Sunday dinner at my mums instead of my sushi meal.

    Very excited for tomorrow got Oscar coming over for push and videoing for my YouTube.

    Really finding our grove now with training aj is kicking our ass on pull tbh but it’s great as it’s pushing me and jimmy to up our game.
    Right now the selection is perfect and rep ranges after speaking with Jordan recently is being kept slightly higher.

    Excellent session and this is staying in
    We have all admitted that we need one day which without lower back loading.
    So far we have lower back loaded every single day apart from push days so it’s taking its toll on recovery and ability to brace and progress some movements

    Ideally now should be 1 on 1 off but it would stress me out too much not being able to train.

    I can’t see my self moving away from that set up anytime soon it’s perfect for recovery and frequency
