    Hey brother here I would opt for a push pull leg split it will go down much better and will see you benefit more than upper lower … upper lower is for total beginners imo

    4 day split is perfect it’s pretty much how I train

    Heaviest I have ever been by a country mile and I’m not toooo fat yet

    4th week into cruise now and feeling great I’m still progressing across the board so things aren’t too stale.

    Normal schedule with an addition of cinema this evening went to see invisible man with the crew… well worth a watch awesome film.

    Pull over works well in that area although I really don’t believe a certain exercise can make a body part look differnt

    All you can do is make it bigger and close gaps

    Really finding our grove now with training aj is kicking our ass on pull tbh but it’s great as it’s pushing me and jimmy to up our game.

    Right now the selection is perfect and rep ranges after speaking with Jordan recently is being kept slightly higher.

    Excellent session and this is staying in

    We have all admitted that we need one day which without lower back loading.

    So far we have lower back loaded every single day apart from push days so it’s taking its toll on recovery and ability to brace and progress some movements

    Will calories come down on days where you aren’t as active ?

    My activity is the same each day

    My calories are lower on rest days always as I’m not training makes no sense to eat same if you’re not training

    Everything is measured as always my man

    ^agreed torn between Oura and a Whoop strap – Whoop seems more affordable – did you look at them and decide against it?

    Whoop is a monthly payment… oura is more accurate and it’s a one off payment makes much more sense

    I used to have an Apple Watch and a fit bit but nothing is as accurate as this.

    Really amazing tool that will 100% help me monitor my sleep and aid in recovery.

    1-2lbs pee week any more and your likely to lose tissue

    Less you drop over time more muscle you will retain as simple as that

    This excludes initial stsrt to diet as you will drop of some gut and water weight

    First night wearing my oura ring last night and it really highlighted how shit my sleep is.

    Today I smashed all my work our done early and I’m getting in bed EARLIER let’s see how good we can get the sleep and improve my daily routine

    Something I preach to all my clients yet I let it slip personally quite a bit.

    Another days rest and today it was a little bit of a kick up the ass
