Whats your thoughts on doing cable flys before pressing for chest? Is the pre-exhaustion worth the drop in load/reps for the main press?Pre exhaustion would be great if your nursing an injury or you aren’t capable of training to your full capacity

Luckily no injuries present. However I’ve heard the argument it’s better for getting a much better connection for the chest and more gains that way.

Yes and noIt will lead to better connection if your form is shit
People often mistake just moving the weight from a to b to actually performing a rep with great form
Progressive overload for example is firstly progressive leading with form and execution… then it’s load
You will get that exact “feel” if your form is on point

Few things I have noticed now we are 10 weeks into the cruise
I actually feel outstanding, my energy levels and recovery is great.
My appetite is ridiculous at this moment and time…. I literally feel like I could eat extra 1000 calories easy. 0 bloat digestion is perfect and pumps in the gym are great
Some big takeaway points.
I think I actually ran a little too much drugs in my push up I think we can get away with a lot less next time I’m sure Jordan will agree.
Also the selection of drugs will be a mix of test npp primo which has always worked magic with me.
I know we always say less is more but less really is more at times ????_________________________________________

Hey bud here I would opt to drop some body fat first probably around 10/15 lbs then work back up for sure
Be harsh with the cut and then take your time building back up_________________________________________

Let’s start with the least so 20’mins daily will do jobEach time you stop dropping weight increase cardio or steps or cut calories 200/300 per time

Because your limited for time make them short for warm ups and feeder sets then save the time between your working sets longer you can rest between those the betterJust see how you get on as your mentioned time is of essence you may not be able to take your time like others would

I wouldn’t track calories burned of a watch or any app
I would always monitor and track exactly what I do for expenditure ( steps and cardio ) then track calories
All the above you can have total control of and know exactly what you are eating
Nothing will ever be accurate to track what you burn so don’t go off that
