Hey bud here I would opt to drop some body fat first probably around 10/15 lbs then work back up for sure
Be harsh with the cut and then take your time building back up

Mostly it consists of whey and oats or rice flakes and almond butter

Few things I have noticed now we are 10 weeks into the cruise
I actually feel outstanding, my energy levels and recovery is great.
My appetite is ridiculous at this moment and time…. I literally feel like I could eat extra 1000 calories easy. 0 bloat digestion is perfect and pumps in the gym are great
Some big takeaway points.
I think I actually ran a little too much drugs in my push up I think we can get away with a lot less next time I’m sure Jordan will agree.
Also the selection of drugs will be a mix of test npp primo which has always worked magic with me.
I know we always say less is more but less really is more at times ????

Another days rest ✅ 2kg down from legs yesteday so today we eat and rest totally.
Little extra calories from dinner at mums, nothing we can’t handle as appetite and digestion is perfect for the moment.

What’s your split bud ?
I would favour 4 days between each session bud to allow room for recovery
Your exercise selection has to compliment your structure and length of your limbs bud
Also exercise execution will play a massive role to this!

If you look at the actual ingredient list it’s pretty shit, there are some great products out there that WILL do the job
This one is one of the less effective ones
I won’t mention obvious supp but like I said always carefully see what’s on label when it comes to supps you pay for what you get

I would run some blood work to see if test is legit.
Sounds like your test seems to be a little too low
Run bloods first then we can see what is happening
