    Great result for test on that dose

    I would give it some time before introducing t4

    Supplement with iodine 2x a day.

    I would use aromasin 12.5 mg x2 for 2 weeks then discontinue

    Proviron at 25 mg daily would help too I like to keep it in

    Another days rest before big leg session tomorrow, we are squatting so I’m nearly nervous for it already.

    Solid 2 days training in books

    Session 1 push felt flat it was first upper body in a while and things just felt off.

    Session went as follows

    Low inc dumbell x2
    Inc smith press x2
    Dip machine x2
    Cuffed fly x3
    Inc cuffed lateral x3
    Front raise x2
    Push down x3

    I think the weekend has took its toll so needed the day of training food to going

    My man i se you take 1iu humalog pre morningfasted cardio, i really like that aswell, it really speeds up fatburning.
    I`l take 1iu gh with 1iu humalog and damn good result now when i am in contest prep!

    I used that method in my mini cut and I pretty much got in shape from soft and fat to lean in 4 weeks without any drop off in performance I wouldn’t use this with amateurs but if you know what your doing it’s amazing just case of monitoring BG closely.
