    Very late update this evening big leg day then food prep and travelling down to Watford… arrived at a hotel which was well most likely the worst I’ve ever seen thankfully @youngoscar saved mine and @megansylvester ass as he had a very nice apartment booked so we managed to get in and sleep here with him.

    Today I’ve taken massive big pb’s on everything, seems like last 4 days my Strenght has really shot up so I’m very happy!

    I wouldn’t say it’s helping with recovery but I have noticed I’m fuller and food is going down so much better too

    @tripleb I don’t bullshit, people forget James was already an incredible athlete too before Phil. So that’s that, only way is up for James from here on he has tons of positive supportive people around him so that leaves no choice but to motherfu*king progress

    yep.. he contacted louis and told me to take it down because I wanted to experiment myself for this show lol oh well

    anyway today getting fuller but still not 100%.So the loading actially continues.. tomorrow is one day out and then we hold back and let it all settle

    My opinion is irrelevant. Do I think he’s a good coach ? I haven’t had experience to judge or have a say in matter. Some of his stuff makes sense other absolutely not.. I can only go off watching him train and it’s laughable + the training theories are terrible.

    112 kg, no further change from here apart from we keep pushing and make sure we got no softer than I am from here on! I think another 5/6 weeks left and we cruise.

    Great pull session, pb’s take on all lifts again form was very tidy.

    Few observations I need to get my ass to bed earlier and wake up a touch earlier.

    I think it will help with performance and appetite daily routine has slipped to going bed late at 12;30 and waking 8:30 which isn’t ideal at all and for me doesn’t feel as good as waking an hour earlier and going sleep an hour earlier.

    Again extra walking has helped appetite but I think this routine has had a negative impact too.

    So from tomorrow slight change in routine and we just do better think this will help with performance too. I also think a Deload may be due as I’m starting to feel a little pinch now and had a great run so far so may be time to back off to be able to keep progress up!

    Do you keep rest day calories the same and just replace carbs with fats?

    No rest day calories are much lower.

    Pro fat meals 1-4
    5/6 is pro carb

    Don’t judge cardio by how sweaty you are bud sweat has 0 relevance

    It’s about what’s more effective I would say best is slow stair master or power walk ok treadmill for prep, bike in offseason is great tho
