    Awesome day at Irish muscle power! Very fortunate to be able to travel to events like this and meet tons of people! Not quite as busy as bodypower but we still had a good day! I really think TBJPnutrition is getting big again by far busiest stand of the day of the day. Really was great fun chatting to tons of people and getting involved!

    Great push session in, Strenght on the up all in all things are feeling very good.

    Check in day today weight slightly up 110.5 now but the look is pretty good for this weight so all systems go!

    Solid days rest, total rest no cardio not much moving around just plenty of work done and chilling ready to tear it up tomorrow. Total rest was much needed today.

    That’s very strange buddy, you would think you’d need much more calories if you can’t gain at that mount you’d think it would be a breeze with diet.

    How are you finding the lantus mate, controlling your BG well ? do you wait till its in a certain range again to eat.. ? thanks bud

    Feel great. No real drops in BG it’s pretty steady always around 4.5 for meal time so perfect really. I don’t wait any longer than needed tbh I’m never really full at the moment or overly hungry I’m at a sweet spot!

    Rest today, mainly working again but pretty static not done much at all. Currently getting my cardio in on stairs moderate intensity nothing crazy 25/30 mins depending on how I feel. Now I’m getting heavier cardio is an absolute must to stay fit for my higher rep sets for legs and back mainly.

    I do it fasted then on rest days sometimes in the day depending on how I feel. Today I just Wanted to crack on with my work and relax do cardio done now in evening at 19:30

    I wouldn’t start with a bicep curl start with compounds and finish with isolation work, remember what the goal
    Is man goal is to still get stronger in correct manner.
