    Hi bud here are some of my signs I find useful knowing I need a deload or I’m just generally worn out

    No motivation to train
    No pump or shit pump
    Appetite decrease
    Poor digestion
    Poor sleep
    Low libido
    Dips in energy throughout day.
    Over sleeping in day

    As rich said bud find your grove but always scapula down and retract and keep in a tight place

    Before any pressing I always do warm up ups with the band, easy shit I will post it up… alternatively eugen teo has some videos on his Instagram I use. Then I move on to scapula retractions on a machine tooo check my push video for that.

    Military press or any other press use elbow placement that suits you

    Seminar was a massive success very exciting for me to listen Jordan and Corinne talking about the only things I am interested in life.

    Me and Lukas certainly feel like it was more than a good investment for us and our members. Got to say agin it was unreal and I would certainly pay to listen to them again

    Great leg session in books for the site

    Best log book significantly, things are moving well. Appetite has took a slight dip but that’s sorted with new diet set up will post full new diet tomorrow with changes we made with Jordan.

    Calorie intake should compliment your goal, ideally you don’t need much of a surplus if your in a gaining phase. During a mini cut I would hit a bigger deficit to see some weight shift especially if your carrying excess.

    Please elaborate on what your saying so we can help more, what’s your current goal ? How is your body composition ? Do you need a mini cut before you keep pushing weight ?

    112.2 this morning check in with J, stressful week at the gym so appetite has been a little rough. Woke up hungry today tho so it’s a bonus.

    Rest day today and legs tomorrow I’m battered so today I will move as little as possible and sort my jobs at the gym early so I can get an early night before I hit legs tomorrow before Jordan’s seminar.

    For me it’s always fasted and always LISS least stressful the better.

    Cardio is one of many tools available to drop body fat. Imo and from experience often over used.

    She’s absolutely right the intake here is very low, my girlfriend did bikini and her calories were around that in last week of her prep…. with no cardio.

    I would look at your training recovery stress sleep etc as something doesn’t add up

    Not my strongest but form has been tidied up a lot and we can build from here.

    Felt very bloated last two days and feel
    Like my digestion is a little off.

    Tomorrow’s a rest day so will hit a low day, lower than normal to give the gut a little break. Check in tomorrow too so will run it by Jordan.

    Appetite has been very up and down this week so will adresss it.

    Strength imbalances occur due to using a push/pull/legs split, particularly when compound movements are involved. I recommend everyone sit sideways on a horizontal Hammer Strength chest press and perform single arm presses. Like you saw on the gram.
