    40g cyclic dextrose (55g back & leg day)
    10g glutamine

    M3 post
    Extra salt here
    75g whey isolate
    150g cream of rice
    2 caramel rice cakes

    ( back and legs 4 caramel rice cakes )

    M4 post post

    100g fruit

    Good evening gentlemen

    Check in with Jordan today, look leaner and feel leaner this week 0.5 kg up to last weeks check in bringing weight up to 108.7

    Performance is high, I feel a little beat up with increased frequency last two weeks but we will adjust back down from next week to original split with plenty of rest.

    Additional 15g carb to intra and 15g carb post on leg day & back day from this week subtle change but will do job il post diet below

    Mobility work, stretch & physio usually sorts job out…. I’ve gone for a while without any sleeves at all but now numbers are getting quite high it’s time to re introduce some protection. I will use single ply ones so I don’t get any support out of them or bounce at bottom just keep joint warm and tight around the knee to make it little more comfy.

    I suggest hitting 10/15 mins warm up too with some activation work 🙂

    I have ran higher test yes but was it more productive or beneficial ? Not at all. 750 is maximum I would use…. maybe 1000 at a push but tbh from notes from previous years anything above 750 is counter productive and needs more ai which I favour staying away from as much as possible in offseason

    Less is more my friend 🙂
