Back day for me the second variation will update with what we hit later today.
Body weight is at 105.8 which is great as my condition is holding very well and this sets me up for another calorie increase by end of the week!
Body and mind feels great so we good to go!

@02jlloyd if you go in needle exchange and ask for standard 1 ml insulin needles…. it’s those mate 🙂 no special ones just your standard ones

@mattbio I don’t draw up with the slin pin I back load it, so pull end out then inject oil inside out top back on flip it upside down let oil come down then push up… job done ready to go! Warm right up stick it in and inject haha

Got no idea which ones they are don’t know needles by their measurements well ahah, to be honest I’m cool using a short blue for my back etc

@mackie10 I use the insulin needles for my shots mate. So the short needles… their long enough unless your very much out of shape

@rotties exactly like I said draw the gear up into a barell back load it into a slin pin put it on radiator or under armpit and inject it takes a little longer but no pain or lumps so I’d rather do that

Today we hit 105.4 so back up by 0.4 let’s see what we hit by end of the week so far weight gain has been nice and steady and I’m very happy with shape I’m holding so great controlled rebound so far!
Things are feeling good!

@jellevdd oh my man, if you scroll down my Instagram squat is my very much favourite exercise in any variation especially barbell BUT We have to do what’s going to yield the most growth and that is always going to be hacks or pendulums. You’ll find movements where you can brace your self against a pad ie hack/pendulum will always be more productive for hypertrophy work imo as there’s less focus on bracing your core and stabilising your self with free weight. On a hack you get in lock your self in tight brace your self in the machine and go IN on your legs fuckin hard.

Page one or two is my current rebound cycle.
Offseason I favour test prop primo with npp or eq. But again we will hit whatever doctor peters orders bud. We never do orals offseason and slin use has been only around 4 weeks last year. We will probably use a little more this year. Again more efforts are focused on all other aspects gear aside and their really making a difference. Offseason cycle is always nice and simple 🙂
