    Hi Kuba im pinning everything with 29G needle is it ok to do it with my glutes or to use smaller number as 23 or 25G?

    0’issue if your glutes are lean don’t stress

    Even if some goes sub c your body absorbs it 0 issue

    Initially you can afford for a higher rate of loss 3/4 lbs a week when fatter as you get leaner you want to then see it slow down first 3/4 weeks 3/4 lbs is 0 issue after this aim for 2 lbs ish and then last 6 weeks to get legit even lower

    Post consistently and make sure it’s not only helpful content but has it be impressive content, people will follow.

    You have to walk the walk first would help to have years of doing this your self initially first then

    learn as much as you can, coach people free to gain experience.

    I have tons of clients blowing up just taking test and mast, once you go above 500 mg imo the effect is similar, decca will drive more water

    I personally find primo does a better job if goal is growing but again, I have seen some clients do better with mast / primo so trail and error is key here

    Tsh is and will be low due to exogenous use that’s normal from using Thyroid

    Your dose is perfect for where you need it – Gh will down-regulate t4

    As your food comes up you may need less t3 keep monitoring bloods to adjust dose need be, same principle in diet phases , this dose may yield different results based of your phase

    Do not take caffeine or magnesium close to your t3.4 it will inhibit absorption

    249 holding all week so taking a food bump today, 200 calories both days will do job to get me moving

    Incredible leg day ticked off training is flying, recovery is incredible so I am feeling very positive key now is making sure we can keep this momentum moving

    Huge point I’d look at is increasing your d3 and k2
    Very high quality omega spread with each meal
    Magnesium intake at 15mg per kg of weight elemental

    Then looking at stress, quality of nutrition some saturated fat sources ( eggs / beef )
