    Lower your salt generally it’s just water from over consumption of sodium, may not need extra potassium depending on your diet and what you are using.

    T4 most will need it, blood work will
    Give you the best picture. Long term users need it mostly but again if thyroid is already in upper range without when using Gh then there is no need

    Rest – feeling great this morning itching to train tomorrow so that’s a great sign, blood work tomorrow morning before slight shift in cycle.

    Joints have been a little cranky, always notice this with mast so removing it and changing for some Eq first then npp, last 10’weeks of this push set if blood work still stays tidy.

    Volume will be lowered back down as of tomorrow

    John – I eat post probably 10 minutes after last set, no idea I don’t count I’m ready to eat soon as I’m done training. Less water in rice won’t take longer to digest, opposite as your not smashing your gut with volume

    269, decent few days of training, 2 days rest now drop some pressure off then back to work as usual.

    No real deload needed just auto regulation to not get too fucked.

    Overall feeling good so time to keep on cranking

    Cut our dairy for a little while and feeling better for it, appetite higher and digestion tremendous so all positive

    Today was a busy one, 2 new set ups and lots of client work to do so productive day ticked off already with a very early start as always.

    I recently bought a Yum Asia rice cooker.

    Now I’m just trying to figure out the right water-to-rice ratio.

    The rice keeps sticking no matter what I try.

    Could I ask how many grams of water you use for, say, 100 grams of rice?

    Do you wash the rice beforehand?

    For 100g rice I would add 120 ml water

    Currently I do 550g rice raw per day total with 700 ml water sushi rice is best and sticky mix

    Wash rice before always to get all shit off it

    Excellent session, felt little more tired going in but 0 issues performance high.

    I have removed all dairy and lactose out of diet gluten been out for a while and noticed a big shift in gut volume, pleased to see that staying tighter eatin 5k plus calories
