It comes down to calorie intake, energy balance ( calories in vs calories out ) is what you need to be most mindful of.
The distribution is not as important as overall calorie intake for the day,
Set a baseline step goal
4-6 even protein servings per day, prioritise more carbs around training and then spread even across day with some fats 0.3/0.5 g fat per kg of bodyweight is ideal, coming only from poly / mono saturated sources

Food wise, ask yourself , would you eat a pot of broccoli or unflavoured cream of rice ? If not , it’s not hunger it’s just cravings . Get busy and control it. Being mindful helps

I would split that up, 500’mcg am fasted and same again 3/4 hours later or pre workout would have a much better effect depending on time you train.

Daily dosing seems to be more tolerable for sides start there
Larger doses will impact hunger more if that’s your goal
If the goal is other benefits I do not recommend daily dosing, that’s where you see biggest issues with gut & general sides

For your age I would never go over 500 mg total, keep total load below this and run trt 75% of the time with gh & peptides then 25% of the year if health is tip top you can potentially go up slightly to trt plus.
Mg per kg dosing imo is silly as individual variability in dosing needed for trt changes vastly

Log book progression tells all, fast increases in strength ? Add a set per session and then keep going
Volume needs to be appropriate where you do not need a deload every 3/4 weeks but can go 8-10 weeks without IF you can mange your training variables well

Can’t wait to train, will train at usual time , gym was rammed yesterday it was amazing to have everyone but it threw me off a little bit. Anyway good session overall.

John – 0 changed to my appetite on 1 mg or 1.75, I was still waking in middle of night starving, I did notice a shift in my digestion for sure much slower. To most it won’t be an issue especially when pulling it out 2/3 week out – I do not recommend keeping it in for peak week it needs to be cleared closer to time to allow for quick gastric emptying and be able to carb up. Pull today, excellent session, I still want to tidy up a few lifts reviewing execution, mainly lat work, spending more time in short for me I feel has incredible returns, lats are best leveraged in short so not enough emphasis there and you don’t get max benefit I feel. I see this often with guys with huge back they are always able

Sounds like execution issue, no warm up is going to fix what you are describing, it will be down to your posture and arm path – I have highlights on this under chest & shoulder training

Rest day, woke up early and very productive, still some work to do this morning and usual routine, cook / get meals and supps ready for the day the planks, vacuum and sauna
Today will be a family day but first, meeting at 9/10 am , 10 am is sorting out equipment list for next project, 9 am consult call.
Food , output , drugs , training all same, pull days I will tweak still but overall happy with all lifts
Josh – Eq doesn’t do more than primo or mast, npp drives up strength from extra water, that’s not true contractile tissue, so I don’t think so at all.

Mots c 1 mg fastedThat’s it for me, I ran Reta for 6 weeks and it’s not for me, my bloods did not show any positive change either runnning it, I also don’t eat shit and keep on point with all health Supps so I knew it wouldn’t., it makes a difference in those who just can’t control their eating most, that’s where I see biggest changes – I had to remove it due to sleep disturbance, I just couldn’t. Sleep on it at all even with 1 mg , that’s just me, I ran it as I always experiment and see for my self
I may try it again in a prep setting but again I will see and monitor recovery and sleep.
I have seen incredible results with others however who need it, more so down to inability to control their eating that’s where it shines most and that’s 90% of industry

Feeling tremendous, progress across board and improved execution, really getting into a. Perfect groove now, I anticipate the next 17 weeks to be very productive I have a lot of tools to play with left with food & drugs so plenty to pull from to keep progression going.
For now I keep riding the wave as long as I can whilst I’m able to take progression without needing to actively push for it.

I’d keep cycle the same if you feel good and. Blood work is good
Increase your test by 200 mg instead of totally changing cycle

Rest today, Saturdays are my days where I am not as busy so 2 hours of work cranked out and then wholesome time with Meg in Leeds without phones
