Good morning everyone! Killer Delt and tricep session down at kings yesterday! Patrick had changed james programming today to 2 straight sets per exercise. Exercise 1 was seated lateral raise machine, then we moved onto standing dumbell later raises! Rear fly machine next on the menu pretty heave. We used the arsenal fly for this. Hammer strength shoulder press up next for 1 load 1 back off. First set 3 plates per side back off 2 plates per side. Smith shoulder press up next for 2 straight sets! That was delts finished off so we moved onto triceps next. Back supported straight bar push downs to begin with. Moved onto angled back supported rope push downs followed by incline dual dumbell skull crushers and finished off with single arm cable push downs cross body. Again 2 straight sets on each! Temperature was a bit cooler in there today but still very muggy! Went to work after then headed home to chill and get my last 2 meals in! Fasted weight today was 93.4kgs and today is a rest day!

Hey mate! What’s your thoughts on your physique progression since you move from a more classical progressive overload program to this sst type program with james?
Hey buddy! I am really enjoying training at the moment! Don’t get me wrong it’s a lot more complicated than before but I am still trying to use a progressive overload format with this training! I mean I always do with any style of training I try! If I’m doing a timed multiple rest pause set with say 100kg Bench one week then the next week I’m trying to do it with 110 or trying to improve the reps I get within the rest pause sets. It is very much different though! What style of training do you do? I’m a big believer in like it doesn’t matter what style of training you do wether it be Upper Lower, PPL, Bodypart Bro Split, SST whatever it is as long as your training with the highest intensity and pushing yourself each workout you will yield results regardless!! I’m just enjoying being back in the gym after 18 weeks off too!!!

90% of the time I’m on a 4 day rotations ! Staying with basic progressive overload 99% of the time ! Adding some drops or rest pause on isolation exercise during my surplus phase !
Hey buddy! Yes it’s good to add intensity with these kind of rest pause sets and super sets they do make a big difference!LouisMoylan

Hey buddy! I’m not quite sure what the term 375 test pw, cruise, 500 test pw means however if you’ve been completely off for 5 months you can 100% yield results from lower dosages! I would drop as low as possible and gradually build up slowly from there. If you mean a jump between cycles from 375-500 you can definitely still get results from a smaller jump than that. If your cruise is super low. I cruise around 200mg every 10 days so I don’t need to go back onto huge cycles when the cruise is over!

Hi mate, sorry i meant something like doing a cycle of 375(1.5ml, 250 per cc) of test E per week for maybe 8 weeks, cruise for 6/8 weeks on 125/150ml of test E per week, then a kind of blast 8/10 weeks of 500mg per week of test?
Hey buddy, yes I understand now! That’s sounds good but you could probably get a little more out of the lower dosage. I would say 400-450mg on the second cycle. Squeeze out as much as you canLouisMoylan

Morning guys! Absolutely cracking workout down at kings yesterday! The heat was insane but we pushed through! Exercise 1 was Arsenal Leg Press. Low stance and super deep as always. 350 x 8 followed by 300 x 12. James worked at a whopping 650kgs low feet deep as fuck for 10 it was crazy to watch! Next on the menu was leg extensions for the big rest pause set. Worked with stack plus 10kgs. Think I managed around 6/7 rounds before failing at 2 reps. Squats up next for the multiple rest paused timed sets! Then moved onto adductors for another timed rest pause set. Finished off with a superset of Hack squats and Standing BW lunges. Absolute great session. Chilled at home most of the evening getting the rest of my meals in. Working today before hitting the gym for Delts and triceps later! Tried the JP Nutrition Cream of Rice this morning instead of my Oats and it’s was pretty good! I will see how it effects my digestion and report back as that is the main reason for trying it! Fasted weight today was 92.5kgs so a little down probably due to the heat.

Good morning! Pretty busy day at work yesterday. Got home in the evening and it was too hot to do anything so pretty much rested on the sofa all evening! Sleep wasn’t too bad considering the heat. Updates from Justin to add 50g liquid carbs post workout along side the whey protein isolate so I will add that in from today! Training quads later today with the shed wish me luck in this heat!

Morning guys! Got up first thing in the hotel this morning up in Derby and had some whey and oats with blueberries and honey for my pre workout meal! Picked up big Tim and headed up to Ultraflex Rotherham! Drank my pre workout carbs and JPRE Stim on the way! Tim was training legs but I was actually due a rest day and I’m training hamstrings with james today so I said I’ll just do some quads with him! Started off with adductor machine for around 4/5 rounds then moved onto hack squats. Atlantis hack… pretty easy if I’m honest in terms of weight. It’s very horizontal compared to the one we have at kings. Managed 6 plates per side for an easy 8 reps (on the unbranded kings hack I can barely do 4 plates for 6!) then backed off to 5 plates after. Leg Extensions next on the menu for 3 rounds then moved onto walking lunges. V squat next facing into the machine for 3 rounds then finished off with some calves! Thoughts on UF Rotherham.. it was OK. The kit isn’t bad it done the job. Huge variety of stuff. Staff and members could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Good session overall. Headed back to derby after for some lunch then hit the road and hooked up with Haider for a little catch up before heading back to London! Got back in London just after midnight had my last meal and showered up and went to bed! Busy weekend got me feeling shattered! Few meals in me today and I’m hitting hamstrings this afternoon! Let’s see if my lower back can take some RDLs! Fasted Weight 92.8kgs

You must’ve been off your nut when you wrote this Louis. Ultra Flex is the most kitted out gym in the UK. You just like the atmosphere in Kings as everybody knows nobody can fuck with the South London massive when it comes to that. But come on g, in terms of equipment, Kings is Championship whilst Ultra Flex is premier league
Hey buddy! I think what I said in my post has been mis interpreted and upset some people! I wasn’t saying anything negative about the gym itself. I will do a detailed voice note on this shortly. ??LouisMoylan

Hey buddy, as hilly mentions we need a bit more information because we can really comment on this. Jimmys suggestion sounds about right but give us some more information first as if we can use lower doses it will definitely be better.

Good morning everyone! Had a really good chest and bicep workout yesterday down at kings! Started off with flat bench press for 1 load 1 back off then moved onto incline smith press for the big muscle round set. I think I managed 4 sets before failing at 2 reps. 2 plates per side on this. Incline DB flies up next for the timed multiple rest pause set. This was great it felt really good the contraction was insane! Superset up next of cable crossover and pin loaded Watson incline press machine. 2 rounds on each! Started biceps off with 2 straight sets of cable curls then hit some DB drag curls for a big muscle round set. Finished off with a superset of machine curls and DB hammer curls. 2 rounds on each! 5 sets of calf presses then headed off to work! Got in late so had to stay up late eating meals. Extremely rough sleep the last few nights due to the heat. Also we have removed dianabol from the cycle and switch with Oxymetholone at 50mg on training days only. Check in with Justin today. Fasted weight was 92.7kgs so slightly down and today is a rest day!
