Hey everyone, great hamstring workout down at kings yesterday. Started off with lying DB curls for 2 straight sets then moved onto RDLs for 1 big rest pause set. Next up was lying leg curls for the timed multiple rest pause set. This was great felt really good. Finished off with superset of wide leg press and standing leg curls. This finished the legs off nicely. Chilled in the evening getting food in. Got called out around 10pm to work. Slept shit due to heat! Fasted weight 93.1kgs!

Oh man that sounds really good! Can you elaborate on the difference in the 1 big rest pause set and multiple with the lying leg curls?
So in text the most basic different between them two training principles is that with the big rest pause as you only have 20 seconds between each set and you keep going until you fail at 2 reps. The multiple timed rest pause set starts with a 45 second rest pause, then a 30 second rest pause then a 15 second rest pause! Failure on every set!

makes perfect sense! thanks for the explanation. Ive heard this is similar to some of what hollingshead does as a way to increase the density of a workout. good stuff man
No worries mate! The training principles change every few weeks so feel free to keep asking questions and I’ll keep you updated as they come!

Morning guys! Got up first thing in the hotel this morning up in Derby and had some whey and oats with blueberries and honey for my pre workout meal! Picked up big Tim and headed up to Ultraflex Rotherham! Drank my pre workout carbs and JPRE Stim on the way! Tim was training legs but I was actually due a rest day and I’m training hamstrings with james today so I said I’ll just do some quads with him! Started off with adductor machine for around 4/5 rounds then moved onto hack squats. Atlantis hack… pretty easy if I’m honest in terms of weight. It’s very horizontal compared to the one we have at kings. Managed 6 plates per side for an easy 8 reps (on the unbranded kings hack I can barely do 4 plates for 6!) then backed off to 5 plates after. Leg Extensions next on the menu for 3 rounds then moved onto walking lunges. V squat next facing into the machine for 3 rounds then finished off with some calves! Thoughts on UF Rotherham.. it was OK. The kit isn’t bad it done the job. Huge variety of stuff. Staff and members could have been friendlier and more welcoming. Good session overall. Headed back to derby after for some lunch then hit the road and hooked up with Haider for a little catch up before heading back to London! Got back in London just after midnight had my last meal and showered up and went to bed! Busy weekend got me feeling shattered! Few meals in me today and I’m hitting hamstrings this afternoon! Let’s see if my lower back can take some RDLs! Fasted Weight 92.8kgs

Asrar. All are great. Go with what feels best and doesn’t effect injuries. I usually go up in weight by 10kg jumps so 2/3kg is minor in my opinion. 20kg, 30kg, 40kg, 50kg then work at 55-60 depending on how it feels.

Hey guys and girls! Great back workout yesterday! Started off with straight arm pull downs for lat activation! 4 rounds of these. Single arm pull downs next for 2 working sets then moved onto BB rows for the big rest pause set. Worked at 100kgs for this as I row super strict and my lower back isn’t great at the moment. Moved onto chest supported DB rows next for the timed multiple rest pause set. Worked at 40kg dumbells. Superset next or wide cable rows with V bar pull downs! 2 sets on each. Finished off with straight wide lat pull downs for a multiple rest pause set. 30 seconds between sets! Headed up to derby from the gym to see big tim for his birthday weekend! Rest day tomorrow however I might go to Ultraflex Rotherham for a cheeky session!

Training is chest, back, shoulders, arms legs, off off and diet is 400carb 20fat 300protein and consist of anything as long as it’s a clean whole food.
I’m looking forward to the scale stalling so I can increase food but it’s been 3 weeks and I’m still gaining at these macros and I’m constantly starving. grrrrr!! hahaha

That’s a nice split mate. Your metabolism must be going crazy if your hungry and still gaining weight! I have to proper stuff my face just to get a little nudge on the scales!

Hey buddy, I rarely start my leg workouts with compound movements. A lot of the time I’ll do Adductor, Leg Extension & a Hamstring Curl movement before even stepping in the hack or under a bar!

Hey everyone! Had the best shoulder and tricep workout yesterday down at kings! Started off with cuffed lying cable flies for 1 load 1 back off then moved onto DB side laterals for a Multiple Rest Pause Set. Moved onto the prime shoulder press for the timed multiple rest pause set and worked at 3 plates per side loaded central for 12 (45secs), 7 (30secs), 4 (15secs) 2. Feeling great at this point moving onto behind the neck smith presses super setted with rope face pulls. 2 sets here on each. Finished Delts off with 1 set of rear pec flies. Triceps next on the menu. Started with straight bar push downs for 1 load 1 back off then hit rope push downs for the multiple rest pause set! Lastly we hit DB overhead extension for the timed multiple rest pause set. Seated, worked at 40kg. Had my post workout shake at the gym then headed off to work! Got home in the evening and rested getting meals in! Fasted weight today was 93.2kgs. Working this morning then training back with the shed then driving up to derby. Long day ahead!

Yeah mate it kind of defeats the object! Definitely gonna pull it and continue on as always! Have you tried different orals? Same?

Var doesn’t effect my stomach much but dbol and drol tear my stomach up. Off season I just stick with injections
I think you’ve got the right idea mate! Maybe I’ll try Anavar on the next prep and see how that effects me. For now just stick with the oils! Thanks lad ??
