Yeah mate it kind of defeats the object! Definitely gonna pull it and continue on as always! Have you tried different orals? Same?

    Hi Louis,
In terms of Justins coaching, does he cover all aspects (diet, gear and training)?
What has Justin got in plan for you this year competing wise?
I see a lot of athletes on the JP site advocate low carbs high fats on rest day but your the total opposite, your high carbs everyday haha. Did you question Justin when he prescribed this diet or did you just crack on and get on with it?

    Hey buddy,

Justin covers diet, Anabolics and training however training with james just now under Patrick Tuor training programming which is slightly different from Justin’s but Justin is very easy to work with so he allows me to be involved in all the decisions we make which is great a lot of coaches don’t operate like this.

Also no, never questioned Justin’s approach I prefer having high food on rest days personally also with my work i used to run into problems sometimes where I’d be following training day food and something could come up work wise and I wouldn’t be able to train and I’ve eaten training day food not rest day food so this actually works better for me as the nutrition is the same bar the post workout shake.

Justin did want me to compete this year however with everything that’s happened we have had to delay until next year. He wants me full offseason now put my weight back on and more and then diet down Into something next spring more than likely!

What approach do you take with your training and diet?

Hi Sebastian, I travel around 20 mins or so to kings but I would travel further if I needed. In lockdown I was doing a 4 hour round trip a few times a week just to train! As Michael says it’s all about priorities. If you think travelling 30/40 mins to this gym will be worth it then definitely invest in that time and make it count when your there!

Hey everyone! Had a bit of a lay in yesterday after feeling extremely exhausted! Eventually got up and ate and went to work! Had a deep tissue massage in the late afternoon where she focused mainly on my lower back and glute area as I’ve been very tight and tense around those areas. I have been avoiding shooting glutes which has helped a little. Got a few more meals in after and then went to bed! Got work this morning then headed to the gym this afternoon for Delts with The Shed.

Hi Phillip, for my clients I would never have them doing more then 30 mins daily LISS cardio in the offseason. Personally I don’t do any.

Good morning! Had a great quad workout yesterday despite some lower back pain that ive had since those deficit deadlifts. Started off with Leg Press with 2 Orange Bands for 2 straight sets. Moved onto hack squat for 1 big multiple rest pause set then moved onto leg extension for a staggered timed multiple rest pause set. Finished off with a superset of barbell squats and walking lunges. Good workout. Went back to work after training then chilled all evening getting meals in. Really tired this morning but it’s a rest day so hoping to chill this eve. Digestion hasn’t been great the last few days but pushing on!

Hey Rick, definitely sounds like one of the vials is contaminated. Could just be a bad batch it’s happened to me before. Safest bet to bin it and get some fresh stuff.

Good morning guys!! Great chest and bicep workout yesterday! Started off with flat bench press. 1 load one back off. Think I managed 140 for only 4 reps then backed off to 120kgs for 7 I think. Plus a few forced reps on both. Incline smith press next for a big multiple rest pause set at 2.5 plates per side. Next up was flat DB press for a timed multiple rest pause set! 45kgs used for these. Superset next, high incline DB fly along with machine fly. 2 rounds on each. Finished pecs off with banded machine press. Biceps next. Seated alternating DB curls here. 2 straight sets. Dual drag curls next for 1 multiple muscle round set then finished off with double bicep cable curls for a timed multiple muscle round! Worked in the evening but stayed up and got all meals in! Fasted weight 92.1kgs!

Hey buddy! I would always suggest starting lower and then building up if you feel the need to! You may not even feel the need to increase. Also Tren is a great deal different from Deca so you may experience side effects from it so be careful and keep an eye out. If your using Proviron alongside your test you could actually drop the test a little seeing as it’s an offseason cycle too.

Hey Louis, thanks for the reply mate. Ye ill go for the lower end of deca and see how i go. With regards to the test, how much lower do you think? 400, or lower? [/quote]
Hey buddy, no worries. I think you could get away with 300 running alongside proviron. As long as your making progress I would stick with the lower doses!
