Hey buddy! I would always suggest starting lower and then building up if you feel the need to! You may not even feel the need to increase. Also Tren is a great deal different from Deca so you may experience side effects from it so be careful and keep an eye out. If your using Proviron alongside your test you could actually drop the test a little seeing as it’s an offseason cycle too.

Good morning guys! Great hamstring session down at kings yesterday! Same training principles as the workout before. Started with some standing hamstring curls for 1 load and 1 back off! Moved onto deficit stiff leg deadlifts for 1 Big set with multiple rest pauses! Working weight 160kgs here. Next exercise was leg press with a high and wide stance driving the knees out wide! Another multiple rest pause set here with staggered timings! Last exercises were lying hamstring curls super setted with seated leg curls! Finished off with some calf presses! Had work after the gym and a family even in the evening do didnt get to get much rest but will try and prioritise rest today as I’m off the gym!

Morning guys! Such a great back workout yesterday with james down at kings! Patrick had sent james some new training protocol so it was a bit of a complicated one in terms of rest pauses and rest periods etc. Started off with some straight arm pull downs for lat activation. Moved onto single arm cable pull down tight to the body for 2 straight sets of 12. Move into Barbell rows for 1 big working set! Basically the rep range is 6-8 reps and you keep doing rest pause sets until you can only do 2 reps. I worked at 120kgs for maybe 5 sets before only hitting 3 reps! Next was dual dumbell high row on an incline bench. 1 working set with 3 x rest pauses with different rest times within the rest pause. Working weight was 35kgs. Next up was a superset of wide seated cable row with v bar pull downs. 4 second concentric with the pull down movement! This was hard! Finished off with wide lat pull downs for 5 rest pause sets! Got called to a break in after work so pretty much worked all evening until around 10pm so was a little late with meals so stayed up late and got them in. Little tired today got work this morning then headed to the gym of kings later this afternoon for hamstrings!

Hey buddy! I’m quite lucky I don’t really get any side effects from any Anabolics but in terms of replacements directly I would say Boldenone is the most similar to it. I have actually bulked on test and masteron before and had great results off it. I would stay away from Tren unless pre contest. I’m not a fan of primo as the dosage is only 100mg/ml so it’s a lot of oil to be using. You could also try NPP which is a fast acting Deca and a lot of people don’t actually suffer from the same side effects of Deca on this as Esther is in and out of your body before it has time to aromatise. This also usually comes in 100mg/ml dosages and im not an advocate of using a lot of oil but you do have many options buddy!

Good morning guys and girls! So rest day yesterday! Not too much to report worked most of the day! Got in super late from work so pretty tired today! Updates from my coach Justin Compton are to offseason now for 2021 competition! New diet, new drug protocol, training with james under Patrick Tuor training which is pretty interesting! You can see all diet, drug and training protocols in the section on my log but I’ll post them here anyway!
Cycle:
Test Cyp – 600mg/week
Equipoise – 400mg/week

Arimidex – 0.5mg/twice weekly

Meal 1 – 4 Whole Eggs, 3 Crumpets (60 Carb), 85g Oats (50 Carb), 100g Banana, 30g Honey
Meal 2 – 165g Chicken, 300g Rice, 10g Olive Oil
Meal 3 – 25g Whey Iso, 100g Oats (60 Carb), 75g Blueberries, 30g Honey
Pre Gym – 20g Cyclic Dextrin
Intra workout: Water
Meal 4 (Post) – 25g Whey Iso
Meal 5 – 165g Chicken, 300g Rice, 10g Olive Oil
Meal 6 – 200g Fatty Steak, 300g Pasta/ 300g Rice Cooked weight

Hey buddy,For a 500mg dosage I would inject 1ml Monday & 1ml Thursday
For a 750mg dosage I would inject 1ml Monday, 1ml Wednesday & 1ml Friday.
Weekly injections for sustanon are too infrequent due to the propionate Esther however I don’t believe everyday injections are necessary unless using something like test suspension. 2/3 times weekly is sufficient.

Hi Carnera, the vial should have an expiry date on it however once it’s been pierced I’m not exactly sure if that keeps it completely protected so I try and use it as soon as possible during that cycle with the required dosages. Definitely not in the fridge buddy keep at room temperature out of the sun!

To be honest mate yours doesn’t look too bad. I’ve seen fake ones and they don’t actually have the tear part on the box! You might be ok with those. Probably just from a different country!_________________________________________

Morning guys! Excellent delt and Tricep workout yesterday down at kings with James and Steve! Started with standing DB lateral raises for a cluster 4 x 4 set with 15 seconds rest. Used 18kg dumbells for this. Next was seated DB lateral raises for another 4 x 4 cluster set very strict with 14kgs dumbells! Smith shoulder press next! Worked at 2 plates a side 8 reps then backed off to 1.5 plates per side for 15 followed by a rest pause of 6. DB shoulder press was next on the menu! Managed the 35kg dumbells for 11 then backed off to 30kgs for 14 followed by a rest pause of 6. Shoulders were pretty whacked at this point! Finished them off with kneeling cable rear fly. 15kgs on the cable for 15, followed by another set of 15 with a rest pause of 8. Triceps next on the menu. Started with prone rope push down! 50kgs on the cable for 12 with another loading set of 12 followed by a rest pause of 6. V bar bent over overhead extension next. Same principle 2 load (second set rest pause) and then finished off with incline dual DB skull crushers for the same training principle. Started with 14s on the first set then backed off to 12s for the second set. Smashed 5 sets of seated calf raises then went home to chill!
