    Hi Carnera, the vial should have an expiry date on it however once it’s been pierced I’m not exactly sure if that keeps it completely protected so I try and use it as soon as possible during that cycle with the required dosages. Definitely not in the fridge buddy keep at room temperature out of the sun!

    Good morning everyone! Excellent leg session down at Physique Warehouse Gym yesterday filming with James for Tuff Wraps!! My legs were a bit sore from Saturday still but I’m an advocate of the ride or die mentality so I went in full swing! Started off with a cluster set on the hammer strength leg press! 250kgs 4 x 4 with 15 seconds rest between clusters! Deep as fuck. Good sets! Moved onto leg extension for another 4 x 4 cluster! Quads were feeling great after this! Moved into the rack for squats. Warmed up to 140kgs to the deck for 8 reps. Then backed off to a rest pause set at 100kgs for 15 reps followed by 8 with a 20 second interval. Legs were damaged after this! James hit 260kgs for 13 followed by 220kgs for 23. Enough to make me feel like a lil bitch! I’ll be back don’t worry! Single leg press next 2 x 15 reps on each leg. Finished off with Adductors for another 2 x 15. Chilled all evening resting getting meals in! Fasted weight today was 91.5kgs and I’m checking in with Justin for the first time in 18 weeks so the plan will be in place tomorrow Guys!

    Morning guys! Rest day yday! Worked most of the day then chilled all evening getting meals in! Legs were feeling severely damaged! Had a good night sleep and woke up feeling sore but no where near as bad as yesterday! Fasted weight today was 91.2kgs and I’m train legs later with james so wish me luck lol

    Hi Dragon, I usually run Proviron at the same dose throughout the cycle. Then when I come off or cruise I remove it.

    Hi Benny Boy! If you want to hit more back width for this exercise I would go for an overhand grip and keep your body quite upright!

    Good morning guys!! Was feeling very sore after legs at kings! Got up and had a few meals then headed to a birthday event! Burger and chips deep we headed to kings for a chest and bicep session! Started off with flat bench press for 1 x cluster round set, followed by incline smith press for 1 x cluster round set! Moved onto incline DB press for 1 load 1 back off with rest pause and the same of pec fly! Rear pec fly followed with same training principle and then moved onto incline DB curls! 1 load 1 back off with rest pause! Barbell curls next and then finished off with DB hammer curls! All same training principle! Chilled in the evening getting meals in then went to bed early! Had a terrible night sleep due to serious pain in both adductors! Very very uncomfortable! It’s rest day today so I’ve eaten breakfast and I’m going to have an Epsom salt bath and head to work! Fasted weight today 91.0kgs!

    Hey everyone! SO!! The gyms opened yesterday! What a day!!! Did all you guys manage to train? I hit kings after lunch for a bit leg session!! Booked my 90 minute time slot! Temperature check on the way in! Bang straight into the adductor machine for 2 working sets! Leg extensions next for another 2 sets then into the all mighty hack squat! Man I have missed that! 2 working sets at the same weight! Quite happy with the weight to rep ratio considering I haven’t used the machine for 18 weeks! Moved onto leg press for another 2 working sets low foot position and super deep! Lying leg curls next for 3 working sets then finished off with 5 sets of calf raises! Chilled the rest of the day getting meals in. Got a family event today then hoping to train a little after!

    Hi Dragon, cheat meals are usually kept in for the mental aspect! A lot of my clients are lifestyle clients so I tend to implement meals off into their plans. However during prep I never tend to have meals off. Unless we’re getting close to a show and weight is dramatically falling and clean carb refeeds are not enough then I wouldn’t bother implementing one as they tend to mess with digestion a little!

    Good morning guys! Had a great push session down at Margate yesterday morning! I say push but it was more just chest with a little arms! Started off with cable crossovers for 3 working sets then moved onto flat bench press! Warmed up to 140kgs for 3 + 1, then 120kgs for 7 + 1, then 100kgs for around 10 Reps! Incline DB presses up next with 30kg DBs for 3 sets of 10-12 slow and squeezing reps got a great pump after this!! Machine press next, seat low to hit the upper pec for 3 sets of 10-12 again! Rope Push Downs for 3 sets of 15 reps had the triceps full then finished off with 3 sets of machine curls followed by 3 sets of hammer curls! Drove back to London and literally worked until around 11pm and went to bed! What a long day! Gyms open today which is exciting! Is everyone training? Some people staying at home?
