Good morning guys and girls! Headed to Muscleworks Orpington yesterday to do the reschedule trained by jp clothing shoot! The new clothes are awesome!! Even the girls range looks so good! Unfortunately I wasn’t allowed to train in the gym after which I was hoping ? but none the less I headed back in the late afternoon and work was crazy until super late again so I didn’t even manage to train again! Up at 5am today headed down to Margate to train seeing as I havent a proper session all week! Push is on the menu!

Hi Craig, I personally wouldn’t suggest using insulin that late in the day. I take it we are taking about humalog or some sort of fast acting insulin. It can be in your system for what 4 hours. As hilly details in his voice note there any many underlying factors that can cause blood sugar levels to drop so taking it that close to bed is extremely dangerous. Let’s not fuck about here, this is a serious drug and you can die if you use it incorrectly! If your training around 7pm I would take it with your pre workout meal and get not get to bed until atleast 4 hours after injecting it! If your offseason you should be consuming more than enough carbs to be safe but I wouldn’t risk it if I was you buddy!

Hi Gain, I dabbled a little bit with insulin last year. The most I ever took was 4iu humalog with pre workout meal and 4iu humalog with my post workout meal. Training time was at 12 noon. To be honest I didn’t really rate it. I got a great pump like blood volumsation was great but other than that I don’t think it did wonders so I never bothered diving deeper into it and I was on prep so I pulled it out and never touched it since! My coach Justin doesn’t like it so we don’t use it!LouisMoylan

Hi Dragon, I usually run Proviron at the same dose throughout the cycle. Then when I come off or cruise I remove it.

Good morning everyone! Had a super busy day at work yesterday! Was due to have a photoshoot which got cancelled last minute. Anyway ended up working until around 9.30pm and went straight to bed! Fasted weight today was 89.7kgs so a little drop!

Hi GN, it really depends on the individuals! For me I love to maintain some cardio in the offseason as I think it’s very beneficial and will help you be able to take in more food. However with some cases including myself I simply cannot gain weight if I do cardio! So I don’t actually do any in the offseason as much as I would like to!

Hey buddy! I’ve been humming and harring about doing the late Portugal show in November! I should probably take the offseason now until next year but my mind and my body does want to rock and roll! Once I’ve been back in the gym (after 25th) for a solid week or two I’ll check in with Justin and make a plan from there! More than likely offseason though as suggested by yourself! What’s your plans buddy?

Hey guys and girls! Had a decent little pull workout yesterday in the garden! Started off with pull ups weighted. BW + 20kgs for 10, then same for 8 then backed off to BW + 10kgs for 12. I haven’t done these in a while so strength was a little off! Moved onto TBar Rows, 2 sets of 10 at 80kgs pretty light for me! Chest supported BB rows next! 2 x 10-12 reps at 100kgs then a back off to 80kgs for a slow 12! Straight arm pullovers to finish off! Went back to work after and got in super late again! Rest day today!

Hi Craig, both labs are great in my opinion I have tried and tested both and get on really well with them. Personally I prefer rohm as I feel like the oil is a little thinner so find it a lot smoother and easier to inject.

Morning guys! Great leg session down at Margate yesterday. Started with seated leg curls then moved swiftly onto leg extensions! 2 loading and 1 back off set on each exercise! Moved onto barbell squats and done 2 sets there. Vertical leg presses and calf raises to finish off! Headed back to London and chilled for a few hours! Headed out in the evening for some food and drinks with Tim and some friends! Rest day today!

Hi DH, Cyp is fine to be shot twice weekly. Mast prop I would shoot 3 x weekly. Might be better off using Mast Enanthate along side Test Cyp!
