    Hi Levi, I definitely would rotate sites to help prevent the build up of scar tissue in the glutes. Lats & Delts are probably the easiest other sites to inject!

    Good morning! Had a pretty busy day at work yesterday! Running around all day! Managed to get all my rest day meals in and chilled in the evening watching a film! Got work this morning then hoping to hit a upper workout in the garden later in the afternoon! Fasted weight today was 91.9kgs!

    Hey buddy, I’ve never had a pip in dimensions to be fair when I have used it. Could it be thay you havent pinned that muscle for 12 months? I know when I come off cycle and go back on my first injection in each site is always a little sore. I use Rohm now and the oil is nice and thin so I never suffer from any problems even when using prop etc.

    Have you thought about using Cypionate? I’m using Rohm Cyp now for my TRT dose and it’s super thin very easy to use and never have any problems.

    If your having problems then yes 100% I would change it! How much prop are you using? I would just use the same amount of Mg of test Cyp than I was using of test prop.

    Hey buddy, as far as I know masteron only comes in prop or enanthate in ROHM labs anyway I’ve used both and it’s smooth too. Let me know what you decide to do and keep me updated on how the jabs go mate! I put 1ml of Rohm Cyp in my lat yesterday and can’t feel a thing it’s so smooth and I haven’t injected my lats for months only been using Glutes.

    Good morning everyone! Had a pretty chilled rest day yesterday! Got some work done and then chilled most of the evening getting meals on! Appetite has really improved the last week or so. The workouts in Margate are definitely paying off! Fasted weight today was 91.2kgs so it’s gone up a little hasn’t check it for a few days. Feeling a little run down still but much better than yday. Going to take another day off and then have 2 solid training days!

    Good morning guys! Had such an awesome workout down at Margate yesterday! Was up at 6am to eat and get on the road! Pull was on the agenda, following the training plan from Justin that I was following before lockdown. Started off with the 50 pull ups. Great pump under the armpit with these, then moved onto V Bar pull downs to the belly button. Upped the weight by 10kgs from last weeks session on this for the first 2 sets then backed off slightly for the 3rd. Moved onto single arm machine row, 2 high rep sets here with the stack as it’s a little light. Chest supported dual dumbell row was up next. First working set with the 47.5kg dumbells was good but a little heavy so backed off to the 30kg dumbells for the last 2 sets. I wish we had some 40s would be nice to work with but we have to work with what we’ve got for now! Barbell shrugs up next, 2 working sets at 140kgs for 12 reps each then backed off to 100kgs for 20 reps on the last set! Cheat supporter rest dumbell fly up next, 12kg dumbells for 3 sets of 15-20 keeping the traps out and tension on the rear delt! 2 sets of weighted hyper extensions were to follow. 10kg weight only as my back and hips were a bit fragile! Must be old age! Machine curls for 3 sets up next then incline DB curls for another 3 sets! Finished off with an Ab crunch and Seated calf raise superset, 3 sets to failure on each! Drove back to London, went to work then came home and chilled in the evening. Got my delivery from life food uk so looking forward to eating those! Wanted to train legs today but I am absolutely smashed so going to take a rest day.

    Hey buddy, personally I would use a whey protein isolate with some peanut butter before bed. I struggle to digest other forms of whey so I always stick with iso. Peanut butter or any additional fats will help get the calories in!

    Good morning everyone! Had a pretty decent push workout yesterday in the garden. Started off with incline bench press for 3 sets, first set at 100kgs for 8 then backed off to 90kg for 2 sets of 12. Maybe I should have stuck at 100kgs for another set but I wanted to push a lot of blood flow through my upper chest. Then moved onto incline DB flyes for 3 sets of 12 with like 22kg dumbells! Moved onto DB front raised with the 12s for 3 sets of 10 on each arm. I do all one side first then do all the other side after. Standing lateral raises next holding 10kg plates in either hand pushing hands out wide. I think 3 sets of 12 here then finished off with some rope push down, 2 loading sets and 2 back off set! Chilled most of the evening as up early today to drive to Margate for back!

    Good morning guys! Pretty chilled rest day yesterday I was pretty sore and exhausted most of the day so tried to not over do it. Went out to work in the afternoon then chilled in the evening. Smashed a cheeky kfc before bed because why not. Up early today for errands to run and some work going on the house. Planning to hit push this afternoon in the garden! Big benching!

    Hi Simon, I personally don’t like using the mailed out tests as I don’t think they are as accurate! I use a dude called Dr Matt Milner who works out of Muscleworks Orpington and he takes everything same day to the lab and does everything more accurately so if your not in the area I would suggest finding someone who offers a similar service in your area.
