Good morning everyone! Had an awesome leg session down at Margate yesterday! Started off with seated leg curls for 3 sets of failure with the stack! Then moved straight into BB Squats, worked up to 160kgs for 8 reps then backed off to 140kgs for 12 reps. Moved onto leg extension next and done 3 working sets to failure with the full stack. Pretty high reps on that. 3 rounds of walking DB lunges were on the menu next out in the parking lot. Around 16 steps per leg with only the 12kgs dumbells. Heavy DB RDLs up next. Just 2 working sets to failure here with the 47.5kgs dumbbells. Finished off with calves. 3 sets to failure of seated calf raise super setted with standing Bodyweight calf raises! Drive back to London and was shattered! Got back and went to work then finally got back home and ate a few meals watching films on the sofa. Woken up today a broken man! Body is it bits! Legs are whacked and body is extremely tired. Rest day today hoping to chill and recover!

Hi Buddy, I don’t really monitor it to be honest. I salt most of my meals pretty heavily but I don’t weight the amounts. Usually around 8 grinds per meal of pink Himalayan. Sweet meals like whey and oats I usually don’t add sodium and I’ve never added sodium to my Intra!

Hey buddy, our entire range of health supps I must say are some of the best in the world. TrainedByJP Nutrition Love Heart, Cure Coming & Join In are completely essential in my opinion so definitely check those out! Vital support for is a great add on for assisted athletes. I don’t personally use much else outside of them supps bar some Omega 3 caps! We do also have a wider vitamin supplement range coming so keep an eye out!

Gooood fucking morning!!! Had such an awesome pull workout down at Margate yesterday! Got a few more bits of kit in the yard now so tried to emulate my training plan from before as much as possible! Started with my mandatory 50 pull ups. Managed in a smooth 4 sets. Strict up and down pulling movement no rowing. Moved onto Vbar pull downs low to the belly button for 3 working sets. No back offs. Then moved onto low row machine plate loaded full stack for 2 sets of 15 reps each. The stack is a little light however the contraction was immense so I don’t really mind the high rep range. Moved onto incline chest supported DB rows high and wide to really hit the upper back. 3 sets of 12 here with the 30kg dumbells. Could definitely do a little more but the only other dumbells we have are 47.5 and 55kgs so it’s a little too big of a jump! Moved onto deadlifts next worked up to one set at 190kgs but my lower back hasn’t been great lately so I left it there. Done 2 rounds of weighted hyper extensions after to finish off the lower back. Moved onto DB shrugs, 55kgs sitting in the end of the bench for 3 sets of 12. New cable machine allowed us to do some face pulls woth the rope for rear delts. Very strict, high rep 15 sets to really isolate and pump them up. Aim is to keep the traps completely out of this movement which is hard when you try to lift too much weight. Another 3 sets there. Finished off with a superset of bicep machine curls and single arm cable curls! 3 sets on each. Last but not least done 4 sets of ab crunches on the bench! Drove back to London and worked for a few hours and chilled most of the evening on the sofa getting meals in. Fasted weight today was 91.2kgs still on my cruise cycle of 200mg Test Cyp every 10 days. Very sore today so taking today as a rest day!

  • Definitely take a slower approach to your diet. Take a little longer if need be. Keep food as high as possible. Keep training intensity hard and keep trying to progress lifts. Lifting heavy will definitely help this! Are you natural or assisted?

Goood morning guys and girl! Rest day yesterday. Didn’t do loads just worked and chilled in the evening. Not much to report. Had a bit of a bad tummy but nothing crazy! Early night due to an early start heading down to Margate tomorrow for PULL DAY Gains!

Hi DB, this does sound like GH to me. As Hilly says might be worth to slightly drop the dosage then can always increase slowly over time!

Goooood morning guys! The weather sucked yesterday but managed a mini push workout in the garden inbetween getting soaked and cold. Started with flat bench and really struggled to get warm. Worked up to 130 for 6 then backed off to 120 for 6. Still wasn’t really warm and it definitely felt heavy! Moved onto flat pec flyes with the 15s for 3 sets of 15-20 to try and get some blood flow going. Side laterals with the 15s for 3 sets of 12 then finished off with rope push downs for 2 sets of 15 reps. Really struggling to get into these home workout at the moment. Since I’ve been popping down to Margate twice a week to train and had a taste of somewhat a proper workout feels like I just can’t seem to get into it at home. Let’s hope we get some good news soon! Rest day today as I’m feeling pretty beat up. Sleep has not been great lately.

Hi Craig, I never really recommend using insulin to anyone as it is a dangerous drug. However I would say that if you’ve never used it before I would start by just using it once a day to begin with probably pre or post workout. Start with a very low dose and make sure you have a sugary carb drink with you at all times just incase.

Good morning guys! Great leg session yesterday down in Margate. Started with seated leg curls for 3 sets to failure. Then moved onto DB RDLs, warmed up to the 55kg dumbells for 2 working sets of 12-15. That’s the heaviest that we have down there so have to make it work. Pauses at bottom and squeeze at the top to make the exercise harder. Moved onto leg extensions and done 2 straight working sets with the stack followed by another loading set with a drop set included on these to really fill them up with blood. Moved onto vertical leg press next. Plenty of weight on there for 3 sets of 12-15. DB Split swuats next only worked with around 10kg as these do tax my knee a little but they didn’t feel too bad just a little niggle in the left knee. Finished quads off with BB front squats, warmed up to around 80kgs for 3 sets of 15. Pretty smooth to be fair but I didn’t want to load it due to the knee! Smashed 4 sets of seated calf raises to finish off. Drove back to London and pretty much chilled all evening! Had a fairly decent sleep last night. Hoping to hit push this afternoon!

Hi Anthony, you do look in great condition buddy. However you will need to keep pushing, keep pushing cardio, keep training like a beast and keep reducing calories if you need to. As the weeks go on you will get them legs lean!

Hi Adam, I’ve never ever heard of SG. I have used Onyx and I do actually like their stuff. It’s not easy to find in my area so I do stick to Rohm and Dimensions. However I did rate it when it was available!
