    Hi Ryan, I would just say always give her time. Take in things she says and still put her as somewhat of a priority and still make an effort. Send her some flowers or make some small gestures from time to time to let her know you appreciate her supporting you!

    Hey everyone! Woke up feeling really exhausted yesterday so took a rest day. Went to work after breakfast was out most of the day then got back in the early evening and had a few lads over for some beers and pizzas to celebrate a birthday. Up early today doing my fasted 15 min walk. Hoping to get a few meals in and hit legs after lunch. Weather permitting ofcourse as it’s predicted rain all day!

    Hi Anthony, you do look in great condition buddy. However you will need to keep pushing, keep pushing cardio, keep training like a beast and keep reducing calories if you need to. As the weeks go on you will get them legs lean!

    Good morning guys! 5am start yesterday to get down to Margate for pull! Had a great session. Started off with underhand pulldowns! Can’t remember how many plates were on it as there was a mix lol but it was heavy as fuck! 2 sets of 8-10 then a slight back off set for 10-12. Moved onto barbell rows, worked at 100kgs for 2 sets of 8 then backed off to 80kgs for a nice set of 12 reps. Very strict form on these no movement in the hip at all! RDLs next on the menu! 1 working set at 160kgs was enough. Machine row was next. Full stack for 2 sets of 12. Single arm, very slow with a nice contraction. Moved onto chest supported rear DB fly superset with BB shrugs, 3 sets here. 15 reps per set on the flyes and 12 reps per set on the shrugs. Bicep machine curls up next, 3 sets of 10-12. Nice squeeze at the top then finished off with incline DB curls. 3 sets of 10-12 here. Back to London then went to work. Chilled most of the evening in the heat getting ALL meals in! 90.1kgs fasted weight today. Feeling tired, sore and beat up so taking a day off.

    Hi Jamie, personally I would have some whey protein isolate and either some liquid carbs or some cereal/rice crispy squares something that’s going to digest super easily and quickly!

    Goood morning guys!! Nice rest day yesterday. Worked most of the morning ran some errands then chilled most of the evening getting meals in! Up nice and early today! 5am ready to drive down to Margate for an early pull session! Can’t wait!!

    Good morning everyone! Once again had to cut the pull session short for work! Annoying. Started off with v bar pull downs to the bell button for lower back engagement. 4 sets here. Moved onto chest supported BB rows for 3 sets at around 90kgs then finished off with straight arm pull downs single arm with the rope for 4 high rep sets. Had a German Doner kebab before bed to fuel up for legs in Margate this lunchtime!

    Mate why don’t you get up earlier and train then ?seems works interfering with training massively . I’ve only got small pieces of kit – bring it indoors or out and train at 4 am and work from 6 till 8/9pm every day.[/quote]
    I’m also on 24 hour emergency callout. 7 days a week. So I can’t predict when I have to work. Sometimes I get called out 3/4am sometimes it’s in the middle of training sometimes it’s not. Just one of those things buddy.

    Hey buddy, I don’t actually have any kit at my home. The garden where the kit is Access is only after 12noon. So I’m a little stuck. Hence why I’ve been driving to Margate at 7am a few times a week to train!

    Good morning guys and girls! Had a great leg workout down in Margate! Started off with leg curls. Warmed up to 2 working sets to failure with the stack. I actually broke the machine attempting the 3rd set lol so we moved onto leg extensions for 3 working sets to failure on the stack. Moved onto barbell squats and my back didn’t feel great so I don’t a slow set at 100kgs for 15 reps then 140kgs controlled for 10. Finished off with vertical leg press. 2 high rep sets there. Worked in the afternoon then was working in the house until around 9pm. Fasted weight 90.1kgs today.

    Hi Jack, I always use blue pins in my delts. A lot of people using Insulin pins now but ive never tried them.

    I definitely won’t be taking tren. My thyroid level is on the slightly lower end than normal but it’s in range. I don’t compete either and I’m wanting to up it slightly as it will be a short cycle (due to Covid)
    I’m thinking test prop maybe 300mg plus something else, what that other compound is, is what I’m wanting advice on

    I would say a low dose of masteron if any.

    Hi DH, this was going to be my suggestion. I personally wouldn’t use tren for a holiday cut and I don’t like taking too many orals so I would leave the winstrol out if using anavar. If I was in your position I would take test at 200mg and masteron at 200mg with no orals. I wouldn’t bother with Clen or T3/4 for a holiday cut I would only introduce them close to a bodybuilding competition if required. I do believe you can get pretty shredded using activity and nutrition so no need for them. That’s my opinion buddy!

    Hi Smithy, I haven’t ever actually taken clen before bed. Have you tried lowering the dosage to prevent the shakes/ anxiety being a problem? How much are you currently using? What brand?
