    Morning guys and girls! Had a pretty chilled rest day yesterday. Had a little lay in before heading to my parents for a roast dinner. Came back home in the evening and chilled watching tv all evening. Out doing my fasted walk now. Planning to train pull later on today in the garden!

    Hey everyone!! Drove 2 hours down to Margate 7am yesterday morning for a push session! What a great workout!! Started off with flat bench presses and warmed up to 140kgs for 3 reps, then 120kgs for 9 reps then 100kgs for 12 reps. Moved onto incline Barbell press and done 3 sets at 80kgs. I use a pretty close grip on these to make sure my triceps are getting a lot of work and making sure I squeeze the upper pecs throughout the movement. Finished chest off with a double rest pause with the stack on a pin loaded chest press. Moved onto Delts with 3 sets of 12-15 on very strict side lateral raises. Hit some DB shoulder presses after this. 3 sets of 10-12 with the 30kgs dunbells then moved onto some Tricep push downs with the straight bar. 3 sets of 15 reps here supersetted with bicep machine curls again for 3 sets of 12-15 squeezing very hard posing the muscle at the peak contraction of the movement! Finished off with weighted Tricep dips between 2 benches for 3 high rep sets finishing off with a drop set to Bodyweight on the last set! Drove back to London and chilled most of the evening getting meals in! Fasted weight today 90.5kgs and today is a rest day!!

    Hey buddy, sleep is definitely an issue for me in terms of stress and when I’m competing it’s a lot worse!! If you suffer from issues with tren I would remove it. I like masteron as an alternative personally!

    Good morning guys! Had to cut my pull session short yesterday due to work! Managed to get some sets done tho! Started with v bar pull downs for a muscle round then moved onto barbell rows down a muscle round then done 3 sets of straight arm pull downs with the cable attachment! Got rushed off to work and worked most of the evening then came back and chilled! Up super early this morning to get down to Margate to train push!

    Hi Dave, I used to have a spin bike but I sold it as I much prefer walking for cardio now. In the offseason I will just Road Walk. However on prep I’ll pay for a cheap membership at the local 24hr gym for like £15 a month and walk there to do my cardio on the treadmill!

    Good morning everyone! Had a pretty busy rest day yesterday. Got some work done in the house in the morning then ran some errands then worked most of the afternoon got home around 7pm and headed to a family evening. Ate some pizza and birthday cake then got called back out to work! Had a pretty decent sleep! Fasted weight was 90.6kgs got work this morning then hitting pull this afternoon in the garden!

    Hi Ryan, I’m old school. Music for me. Usually.. Seal, Linkin Park, Drake. Some what of a mix I know but I don’t like to watch anything while I’m doing cardio I like to gather my thoughts in the offseason and clear my head and pre contest everyday I’m thinking about doing damage on show day.

    Gooooood morning everyone!! Took the 2 hour drive down to my pals in Margate yesterday to hit some legs! Up at 6am got showered got one meal and headed off. 20 mins pre gym I smashed in 3 scoops of the J PRE Stim ready for the session! I was fired up!! Started off with Leg Extensions, warmed up loads before working at the stack for 3 sets of failure (all sets 20+ reps), then moves straight into seated leg curls, again 3 sets with the stack (all sets 10-12). Moved straight into barbell squats and warmed up to 160kgs for 4 very solid reps. Better depth than last time so I was still happy. Then backed off to 140kgs for a set of 10. Then we hit some barbell walking lunges outside in the parking lot Ronnie Coleman style! Done 1 warm up set with the bar and then 3 working sets at 40kg. Nothing too heavy as the knees can’t take too much and then gravel was very uneven and slippery! Rep ranges were around 15-20 reps on each leg per set. Finished off with a superset of vertical leg press and seated calf raise. 4 sets of those!! Legs were damaged severely haha! The 2 hour drive home was rough! Got home and I couldn’t even get in the house because of the builders and I got called to work so ended up smashing in a KFC box meal. Managed to get home a few hours later and chilled all evening. Chicken and rice and steak and rice were next on the menu! Forgot to record weight this morning! I actually stepped on the scale then I forgot what it said lol! Out on my walk now 15/20 mins then heading home for breakfast. Rest day today. Legs are mash up.

    Hi Will, in my opinion Intra doesn’t have to be too big or too complicated. I have around 15g of hydrolysed whey (MPS Max) or EAA with around 30g of carbs from either (Sustain Intra) or simply cyclic dextrin (performance fuel) this gives me just enough to give me some muscle protection and supply me with some carbs to help fuel during the workout. I don’t like to have too much as my stomach doesn’t like to take too much in during working out and I don’t want digestion hindering my performance so I would start with lower amounts then slowly build up a little higher but still wouldn’t go too crazy on the carbs personally.

    Hey everyone! Had a pretty busy rest day yesterday. Running around getting errands run and sorting things for the house as a lot of people working in the house yesterday so it was a bit manic!! Got called out to work about 9.30pm got in around 11pm had a kebab and went to bed. Up at 6 to get breakfast in as I’m driving 2 hours down to ramsgate today for another leg session!

    Morning everyone! Had another busy day getting stuff done in the house. Managed to hit a decent upper body session in the afternoon! I decided to do upper body as I knew today I would be too busy to train so gping with an upper lower upper lower split this week. Started off with flat bench press which actually felt pretty good. Warmed up to 120kg for 8, then 125kg for 6 then back down to 120kgs for another 6. Moved straight into flat DB flyes for 3 sets of 12 at around 16kg dumbells then moved straight onto pull ups. Warmed up to Bodyweight + 30kgs which I managed for 2 sets of 6 and I got 5 on the last set. 3 sets total there. Moved onto a wide lat pull down row, so I sat a little further back from the weight so the angle I’m pulling down at was more like a rowing movement. I done 4 sets of 12 here at 60kg. I can’t put anymore weight than that on so it was pretty light! Hit some DB side laterals next, around 16kgs for 3 sets of 12 then smashed some tricep push down, done 2 loading sets and 2 back off sets here. Finished off with some biceps with seated alternating DB curls, quite light only around 12kgs dumbells but I done 2 x muscle rounds here. Went to work after training then chilled in the evening getting my meals in! Fasted weight today was 90.4kgs and today will be another rest day!

    Hi Callum, I absolutely love both of these brands. I will mix and match whatever I want according to dosages as they do vary slightly between the labs for perosnal convenience, right now I’m running 200mg Rohm Test Cyp, however previously I was using 250mg Dimensions Sustanon (500mg weekly) as Rohm does not make a sustanon they only do a test 400 blend. I would likely use a Rohm test with a dimensions deca etc so there’s not need to pick 1 out of the 2 just get whatever suits your cycle needs in terms of mg dosages!
