Good morning everyone! Didn’t have time to train again yesterday! A few rest days won’t hurt though! Had a meal off in the evening before bed a pizza and chilled in the evening! Busy day at work today then I must train this afternoon! It’s predicted rain but I will make it happen at some point! Probably hit push today and get a little weight on the bar see how it moves!

Hi Callum, I absolutely love both of these brands. I will mix and match whatever I want according to dosages as they do vary slightly between the labs for perosnal convenience, right now I’m running 200mg Rohm Test Cyp, however previously I was using 250mg Dimensions Sustanon (500mg weekly) as Rohm does not make a sustanon they only do a test 400 blend. I would likely use a Rohm test with a dimensions deca etc so there’s not need to pick 1 out of the 2 just get whatever suits your cycle needs in terms of mg dosages!

Hi Dwade, 1-2iu of pharma grade GH is definitely more than enough to help. Also look at the amount of food your eating and sleep your getting for optimal recovery.

Morning guys, had a long day working in the house working yesterday. So didn’t get a chance to train. Weather wasn’t great also! Rested in the evening got all my meals in. Got a busy day at work today then hoping to hit some legs in the late afternoon! Fasted weight today was 90.0kgs.

Hi mate is there any chance you could explain your detox thing you done for digestion in detail find it very interesting especially as it worked. Hope your good [/quote]
Good morning buddy! Basically I ate light until 2pm, fasted from then only drinking salt water every few hours until bed time. Drank grapefruit and olive oil before bed and then slept. Woke up and had a few more hours of drinking salt water and then finished my fast after lunchtime the next day with a platter of fruit. So the fast lasted nearly 24 hours. I ate light clean meals for the next few days then worked my way back into normal diet!

Morning everyone!! It seems my post from yesterday didn’t go through!! Had a mega busy day on Friday! Jumped out in the garden to train but only managed to get some v bar pull downs going for 4 sets of 12 @ 60kgs on the cable and then 4 sets of DB lateral raises before being called out for work!! Didn’t get a chance to get back out there so just got my meals in! Had a half decent sleep and woke up at 90.1kgs Saturday morning! The plan was to hit legs that afternoon!

After @louis-moylan s answer this one will be too short ????.
I have to eat very large amounts of food in an offseason so if I want something which is most of the time not the case I’ll just plan it in. I don’t call them cheatmeals as I think the term cheat is kind of negative.
In my opinion if you are advanced and have to eat a lot of calories during an offseason(also means you carry a good amount of lean tissue) than a meal off in a week will probably won’t hurt you.
But as I said in my terms I normally don’t like to eat at all???? because I have to eat a lot of calories all day everyday but things I will not eat are things which are very high in fats because or foods I know will hurt my digestion the next days that’s the main part for me when I think about eating foods off the chosen offseason foods.

Hit the nail on the head there lad! ????????

Hi Charlie, toast will be faster digestion and absorbing than oats and it’s also lower in fat. You should always choose foods you digest really well as that’s very important! Give the toast a go and see how you get on!

Hi buddy, I’m not 100% sure on the testing system BUT I know a guy who has been using Anabolics for years and has been a prison officer the entire time. So as far as I know you should be ok mate just steer clear of ALL recreational drugs.

Hi Frank, personally I’ve only ever seen primo in 100mg form! I will ask my supplier and see if he knows of any labs.

Hi Max, for me personally during the offseason I do have diet structure. HOWEVER! This is not an exact calorie counting structure. I will switch food sources in the offseason depending on availability, time and wether can be bother to cook! My last meal is steak and pasta, which I do love to eat! But I’m usually cooking and eating this meal at 11pm or later at night. If I’ve had a long day and I’m shattered and I’m too tired to cook and there’s chicken and rice prepped in the fridge you better belive I’m going to slap that in the microwave, add some olive oil onto the chicken and eat it! I always do try and hit similar macros to the plan so I’m making sure my body is always in a calorie surplus. As rich and hilly have mentioned this is very important. You don’t want to be under eating. By under eating I mean under eating with good high quality whole foods. It’s eating to fill calories with cooked and muffins but these are not dense muscle building foods. Always make sure your hitting Your protein and carbohydrate requirements from solid good foods. Then if you want to add other foods ontop and your not too bothered about accumulating body fat then add these onto your diet plan for the day. For me I always make sure I get all my food in and if I want a chocolate bars in the evening while I watch tv I will just eat it but I always make sure I get up and eat another solid meal if I have to. I also like a cup of tea in the morning with cows milk and sugar. Is this going to make me gain body fat? Possible yes but I perosnally don’t care if I get a little soft in the offseason. I know a lot of people don’t believe in that approach and they like to stay super lean all year round and that’s fine that’s their personal choice or their coaches choice. If I want a meal off with family and friends I will try and still hit minimum macros for that meal. Just say the family are ordering a curry, I’ll get a chicken/ beef curry with rice, a portion of chicken tikka just to make sure I’m hitting a decent amount of protein and carbs and if I want a naan bread ontop I’ll throw one ontop of that. That’s just an example but you see where I’m going. This could also be the case 2/3 times per week one week where I eat take out, but then I could go 2/3 weeks without having a meal off. In the offseason I must say I do rarely crave junk food as my food is so high but I always make sure I make an effort when it comes to social events in the offseason because we all know what we’re like socially during prep! I must state this is just MY personal take on things buddy, a lot of other people on the site will probably disagree with this approach and that’s fine but that’s what I personally want to do. Have you ever seen me out of shape on stage?! The most important thing is to do what make you happy and what helps you achieve the goals you want to achieve.
