Hey everyone!! Had a good push workout yesterday. Had to train inside the garage because it was super super cold but luckily the weather stayed dry!! Chilled all evening getting my meals in and trying to Rest! Got work today then trying to hit a pull workout this afternoon! How are you guys getting on with home workouts? Getting by? Has anyone altered cycle or nutrition?

Goood morning! Had a pretty chilled rest day yday. I woke up really exhausted from training the day before so I had a lay in got up and had breakfast! Chilled and went for a walk in the afternoon then pretty much chilled all evening as planned! Fasted weight was 95.1kgs today hoping to hit a big push session in the garden however the weather doesn’t look ideal so could be subject to weather conditions!!

Hey Enzo, the exercise selections look fine to me! However I would potentially switch them up into a different order personally. Also do you plan to do this everyday or will you change workouts? I would probably have atleast 2/3 workouts and rotate between them so your not doing the same workout everyday. Louis

Hey guys and girls! Had a pretty decent leg workout yesterday! Tried to warm up my knees really well because they were hurting in he morning. Hit a few exercises then moved onto barbell squats! Managed to hit a PB of 150kg x 6 to depth! Which isn’t a lot but it’s a lot for me! I really struggle with BB squats because of the length of my femurs! However it’s the only compound movement I can do for quads right now so it’s got to be done!! Woke up this morning feeling pretty beat up so gonna rest as much as possible today ready for push tomorrow!

If it hurts even a tiny bit I sack the exercise off and find one that feels good. You may need to approach your training like this also. After a few months I don’t really have much pain so just try and be smart about things.

Morning everyone! Had a pretty decent upper workout yesterday! Started with some front raises then sides and rears! Moved onto BB military press which felt heavy but was pretty good! Then I done a superset of incline DB flights straight into incline DB presses to fry the pecs. Started doing some pull ups for a muscle round set then T Bar rows. Finished off with some lying skull crushers and hammer curls! Chilled in the evening getting meals in! Woke up 95.1kgs this morning I ate my last meal pretty late and close to bed. Going to hit some legs today. See how we get on!

Hi Buddy, post workout anytime during the day I would have whey protein isolate and some sort of fast acting carbs like cereal or something. I personally have cyclic dextrin post workout with my whey protein. I would stay away from coconut oil as fats will slow down your digestion and post workout really you want the carbs and protein digested and shutting into your muscle as quickly as possible.

Hey guys! Had a pretty busy rest day yday! Went to a few jobs and got a load of paperwork done and got a food shop done in the evening! Had a meal off last night of a pizza and some wedges. Fast weight was 94.5kgs and feeling good not bloated or anything from the meal off. Plan is to hit an upper body workout today got work this morning.

Morning guys! My log wouldn’t load yesterday so here is yesterday’s log! Trained legs on Wednesday and my knees were unfornately really bad. All exercises were giving me a lot of pain! I soldiered through and done what I could. Got 2 decent sets of squats in at the end then called it a day! Yesterday I forgot to weigh myself because I was up early for work. Plan yesterday was to chill most of the day.

We’re 3 weeks in now. And still got 1,5 more to go. From there on the government will decide if we go forward or we change some things… but I’m afraid that we go till may ????Hi Tom, thats shit buddy! Everyone here is hoping it won’t go on that long but unfortunately I feel like it will to on until June latest!

Rowing movements are ok it’s just pull down movements which I’m struggling with. Pull ups is pretty much all I can do! Chilled all evening getting meals in. Fasted weight was 94.5kgs got work this morning then try and hit some legs!!

Mate it’s getting like that here! Done legs today and it was a bit meh. Knees are killing me training outdoors on concrete! How long have you been locked down for now? We’re only 2.5 weeks deep.

Hi Nick, that doesn’t sound great! Luckily I’ve never had any spinal issues. I would take it easy on anything that causes any pain. @kamara-graham might be able to help woth some advice on what to do from home.
