    Weight down 0.7kg this morning after first higher day so will be putting in the same good again today

    Morning work as usual today followed by a quick trip to the shops and laundrette before heading to the gym

    Session professions were up today and new pbs hit on the movements

    Evening spent writing up new starter setups for coaching

    Rest day for me today

    Morning of work then headed into town for some steps and haircut .

    Weight was down 0.7kg over night

    2 higher days going in today and tomorrow

    Check in day for myself today

    A few changes

    200mg test down per week 200mg mast e increase

    Clen in at 40mcg

    Food down 250kls but two higher days Wednesday Thursday of around 4200kls

    Trained legs this evening and progress was flying in the session

    I would have a few weeks holding at the end of a push up phase as you want that new muscle tissue to stick when you come down

    If using fast acting insulin i always take before eating my meal

    I would start on 5iu pre workout and assess how it feels

    Morning of work , followed by steps and a coffee

    Done a quick food shop before heading to the gym, ate pre workoit meal before driving from the shops to the gym

    Solid upper session stronger each session

    Evening went for a quick dog walk to get some more steps in and then chilled

    Busy morning with the little ones and taking them out for the morning grabbed a coffee along the way

    Headed back and had meal 2 before hitting legs

    Usual work set up this morning

    Didn’t get out for a walk as was raining hard so done some steps on walking pad indoors

    Coffee and then headed for a food shop

    Ate pre workout meal while out and then headed to the gym for upper

    All numbers flying , pressing at the strongest it’s been so I’ll take that

    Tomorrow will rest

    Tomorrow back in for upper

    Is your dog walk considered your cardio? Or do you not do cardio in off season and only daily steps?

    No dog walk isn’t cardio just steps , usually tick around 3k steps off on the walk

    One main walk in the am, the rest through out the day and if need to make any up will do a short walk around the block

    No direct cardio
