you’ve chosen the coach for a reason so if you don’t agree with something ask him to explain I’m sure he will no problems . If you don’t ask you don’t learn

Rest day today for me
Morning client work ticked off , before going to get a coffee and hair cut
This evening went to central cee concert at the O2 arena not something I’d usually do as social anxiety but enjoyed it

Busy morning with client work again this morning so boxed these off and had a nap as felt more tired than usual
Then went and trained upper with a client
Appetite isn’t as high the last few days so I think a few more weeks of pushing before it’s time to pull food down and tidy up

Did go and finish steps off at the gym as wanted a sauna so made sense to do steps there

Slower start to the day today with unexpected things to do
Headed to Cheltenham after and didn’t end up training til 8pm but got it done regardless
Will be check in day tomorrow so see what changes bring

Early start for me today as clients competing in the pro q at Maidenhead today
Joe taking pro card was well deserved ! Best he has looked !
Trained upper body later today and then had a chilled evening
