    Early start with a busy work load today

    Rest day so most of the morning was spent working then went on a dog walk before cardio

    Met a friend for a coffee in afternoon before school pick up

    Evening has a deep tissue

    Hey Nath hope you’re good! Just read the entire thread front to back haha excited to see the progression. Question for me is your volume seems pretty low on a few sessions. I see you’re working with Joe at the moment. Are all your working sets to failure or does he have you doing a RIR periodised approach?

    Steps aren’t trying to get your heart rate up , cardio you do . Both used as tools

    Early start this morning as sleep wasn’t the greatest last night

    Worked ticked off this morning and then headed out for steps , tried to hit atleast half before meal 1

    Trained after 2 meals , upper session no progressions just maintained but to be expected

    Cardio done post workout

    Tomorrow will rest and check in again

    Rest day today for me

    0.9kg down this morning since yesterday

    Morning of work then a small break to do cardio before finishing off

    Went for a dog walk and coffee in afternoon to get steps done

    Evening spent relaxing and watched a film

    200kls pulled

    50mg winstrol daily added

    Test down to 300mg per week

    Have added in 200kls of cardio to do daily

    Morning of work coffee and steps

    Headed to ultraflex west London to train and see a client

    Try to get it done fasted so it’s out the way , if not will be postworkout stairmaster hr 130-140bpm

    Been running Reta since October have needed to go over 2.5mg per week , have found twice per week better than once
    SLU just feel hotter off this

    Check in day – only change made was taking anavar to daily instead of just training days

    Morning of work and calls which ran over usually time of training but still trained after 2 meals

    Legs felt a little more fatigued today but still progressions on the main sets

    Tomorrow rest day for me

    116kg upon wake today

    Busy morning with work then went out for some steps with the dogs

    Trained after meal 2 and hit upper

    Most movements maintained on reps today but happy to be holding strength

    Tomorrow in for legs and check in day for me

    I take pre even if training in evening as doesn’t effect my sleep . If impacts sleep I would opt for pumpage instead

    Yeah I’ve done it and like to do it, as hilly said body composition improves and strength increases

    Woke up a little earlier than usual but felt fresh

    Out for a dog walk and then was time for a coffee and trip to soft play for the little ones

    Steps ticked off early so food and chilled rest of evening
