Weight back down to 116.7kg this morning lightest of prep/ diet so far
Morning of check ins for clients competing
Then headed out to get some breakfast / lunch for the little ones
Walked the dog after getting back before meal 2 then headed to the gym

Busy morning of work then went out to get a coffee steps and to the butchers before picking the little ones up

Productive morning of worked ticked off
Took a trip to Phx in hove today as wanted a chance of scenery . Upper session was very good today
Progress on all lifts which is a great position to be in at this stage
Will take a rest day tomorrow as have work and the little ones as it’s half term

I would pull the eq down to 400mg and keep test where it is and see how you feel off this . Blood work once you have send and can take a look

A few little changes made at check in today to get things moving a little faster
50g carb drop on a td and 25g rest day
Yohimbine to 20mg
Test down by 300mg and mast e increased by 300mg same total loadSolid arms and leg session this afternoon

Started with mots c and noticed a big difference running ss31 alongside this also now my recovery between sets has been a lot quicker

Woke up feel very fresh this morning
First morning block of work checked off then headed out for some steps
Upper session today and as always after 2 meals
Everything progressed this week after sticking a touch last week so I’ll take that
Check in day tomorrow for me , ready to push it on a little more with diet as in a good spot atm

Morning walk and coffee then took the little ones out for the day . Steps done early so once back was rest and eat

A little bit of work this morning then spent time with the little ones before heading to the gym to train arms and legs
Trained after 2 meals as normal
Progression on all movements this week which is a good sign
Weight was down this morning to 117kg so new low
Tomorrow will rest again
