Usual morning of work and client peak week set ups
Took the dogs out for a walk to get some steps in before eating pre gym meal

Woke up extra tired this morning as didn’t get back from show until 1am but still up and got work done
Went and trained upper this afternoon and had a very good session
Chest felt strong so a good sign
Weight is down to 118.2kg so have pulled 4kg off in a week

Then headed down to the gym for the new jp clothing shoot ! Some really nice bits from this drop
Trained legs later on as took the little ones out before
Tomorrow will be rest day and heading to the pca show in derby

200mg is max I push it with tren at the back end of offseason Cycle , helps with strength and tightens up body comp
Would pull npp down and put Tren in to keep total the same

Morning of client work followed by plenty of coffee
School run today for me so picked the little ones up and took them to gymnastics practise
Hair cut followed by upper body session
Went heavier today than earlier in the week as chest feels more comfortable . Session was flying and things are moving at a nice pace now
Tomorrow at tbjp clothing shoot and then will hit legs in the afternoon

Followed trip to Starbucks and town for some steps
Check in yesterday for me also and decided to pull back slightly on calories no upper body training is back in to allow me to tighten up and get appetite back up and running
Td calories now at 3520
Rd calories now at 3175Starting to get the itch to prep but will hold out and have another push up phase before prepping
