Usual morning of work today
Had little one off school so extra busy
Client call in afternoon and then headed out to the butchers and to grab a coffee
Evening food shop and client plans

Busy morning of work followed by a few steps then had a to take a trip to the bank Before training which ended up running later than what I would normally
Session was productive and lifts progressed
Feeling a lot tighter in this diet and will most likely jump on stage for the first regional of the year in 6 ish week

Rest day today for me which was needed !
Woke up with Eye infection which is a sign when body is under stress so rest day today and extra food to go in
Usually routine just at a slower pace today , morning work coffee and dog walk then went to get a hair cut
Chiropractor appointment this evening which had helped

Check in day for me today
Woke up with an eye infection
A few little changes to PEDs
300mg test drop and 300mg mast e increase
Plan is to run 1 higher day tomorrow just to top up a smidge before driving back down
Will be ready in 6/7 weeks for the first regional of the year
Hit legs this afternoon and then felt sick during as if food wasn’t digesting hit steps and took a nap post training

Usual morning routine this morning
Work block followed by walk and coffeeHeaded to the gym a little earlier today as had meal 1 earlier
Upper session ticked off and a few reps on the mojority of exercises and sets
Still getting stronger in this diet phase which is perfect hunger is slightly higher but no issues as feels like to be hungry finally

Rest day today for me weight down to 117.2kg
Morning coffee with the little ones before heading to take them out to a another soft play . Gets the step in !

In afternoon trained legs with a client at Kultur gym nice lay out with majority primal kit
