3rd day of deload today which although usually hate taking time off the gym it’s well and truly needed
Weight has shot up a fair bit over the last few days after sticking
New training plan is in and ready to start Monday

Check in day yesterday for me with Joe
Plan is to take a deload before starting a new split come Monday
Pulling back slightly is needed as joint as hurting and lifts stalling . Appetite is still good so will take that !
Weight is sitting around 276lbs now and quite comfortable

Normal routine today
Chest and shoulders trained , wasn’t overly happy with the session as felt off ! Few numbers stalling on movements
New day tomorrow will have to see about barbell rows as putting pressure through my calf is still painful

Managed to work around calf yesterday training legs plenty of leg ext and adductor work . Still got one leg can train properly !
Had an offplan meal last night and weight is holding around the same this week even with the increase in food
Rest day today so will try and rest as much as possible

Usual morning of work
Then it was off to train arms and calves
Not a bad session pump wasn’t the best but all numbers progressed in the movements
Ended up tearing my calf on the 3rd rep in first exercise so that put an end to that and can hardly walk on it now so rest is needed
Bpc157 and tb500 had to hand so wacked that into the calf so hopefully will help with a. Quicker recovery

Weight has held the same even with the extra increase of food and PED adjustment
Client work and then training Usual day for me today
Back was in the cards today , progression in all movements which is good to see

Rest day from training for me today
Work boxed off in the morning then a chilled day , steps boxed off and food nailed

Usual morning stuff for me today Then went and hit chest and shoulders with one of my clients
Check in was this morning aswell and as though little bump up on food 60g carbs added and PEDs 200mg increase (100mg test 100mg mast e )

Back to it today with a solid leg session
Stalled on rdls this week but it happened time to time can’t progress every week !
Check in tomorrow for me so will see what changes need to be make . A touch more food and increment of the PEDs will most likely be what’s needed

Rest day today for me
Little ones birthday so a trip to Legoland was on the cards . Knew step count was going to be higher but that’s fine
Morning work was checked off early
Food Prepped the night before which means can give full attention to little ones and still stay on track nothing is missed

Just curious Nath, how long has this cycle been for you, minus the few weeks you did at 300?
Are you of the opinion that if bloods are good then you’re happy to keep pushing?
If bloods and other health checks are in a sweet spot will carry on with cycleMy peak dosage will be around 3g and will escalate over a number of weeks . Currently on 1g total load

Yesterdays Deep tissue felt good and feel alot better for it something I need to keep on top of as deffo has it benefits

Busy morning today with client work and then went and trained chest and shoulders
Joint were feeling abit tender for some reason today but pushed through
Have a massage book in tomorrow evening so should loosen me up a touch

Leg day today for me
Opted for cybex squat for my squat variation as knees felt good
2 sets on this and both progressed since last time doing this
Check in feedback was to keep eveythjng the same this week as weight is around 2kg up on average which most is from the cycle being increase from cruise
