    Leg day went down today couldn’t hit rdls as normal as have been getting lower back pumps .

    Speaking to Joe it’s time to pull PEDs down for a cruise and drop food a touch , as there is no point being heavier if counter productive to training . Wil take a deload also as body is getting beaten and the usual signs for me is when I get an eye infection seems to be my body telling me to back off

    Will cruise on 300mg test e per week and reduce growth to 5iu daily split am and pm

    Food wise have reduced by 100g carbs and 10g fat

    P:250g

    C:550g

    F: 65g

    So trained chest and shoulder today

    At the point now where maxing out body weight for me in this rebound , getting extra sleepy and appetite dipping so will most like be another week before pulling down and re sensitising

    Rest day tomorrow and have laser eye surgery consultation

    Hello sir, do you and Joe tend to leave food the same if body weight is increasing even if it is mainly being driven up by changes/increasing PEDs? Thank you!

    Yeah I’d weight is increasing without any food adjustments we will rinse this until we need to take on a touch more food . It also comes back down training performance

    New weight holding 272lbs upon wake

    Had a client come down to train and got some filming done also !

    Offplan meal this evening for me chicken shish wrap and cheesy chips

    Another day of Pretty much the same routine .

    A little bit bunged up with an cold but nothing that’s stopping me from training and eating as normal

    Arm day today for me so not the most taxing session.

    Tomorrow will be training legs with a client followed by an offplan meal

    Woke up with a cold but not bad enough to stop me doing what I needed to do . Good night sleep and then see how am I in the morning

    Usually morning routine for me today

    Up and straight to work rest days are always busiest with client work

    Had little one sports day today also and who knew I could still run joined in the dads race deffo needed a nap after that !

    Food kept the same but little change to PEDs this week as have seen a decrease in libido since lowering the test up and upping the mast also appetite not as high

    Test taken to 1.3g and mast down to 1.7g

    5iu nova in with meal 3 and 4

    Hit a back session today

    Lat pull down

    Shrugs

    All 2 sets 5-10 reps

    Client work then coffee before heading to the gym

    Split squat

    Hard session today and it battered me can feel a deload is needed soon

    Always try and spend as much time with the little ones as possible on Sundays and a good few naps

    Have also pulled some carbs from last meal of the day on training day to input intra carbs as each session was getting a hypo feeling

    Yeah still on a blast which haven’t changed since post show , blood work came back clean so will keep running

    I know you mentioned your bloods were good. I’m curious if you’re open to sharing any of the details or perhaps how your a1C looks with this GH/no insulin. Obviously food is lower in prep so that helps but was just curious! It seems many are having good bloods deep in prep just do to lower food, bodyweight and higher output.[/quote]
