Usual morning routine this morning
Work block followed by walk and coffeeHeaded to the gym a little earlier today as had meal 1 earlier
Upper session ticked off and a few reps on the mojority of exercises and sets
Still getting stronger in this diet phase which is perfect hunger is slightly higher but no issues as feels like to be hungry finally

Sweated out a fair amount in my sleep last night as decided to go on a 5 min sunbed and got burnt so body is constantly hot !
Still had a solid night sleep

Headed out for a coffee and to send some parcels off pre gym
Upper session was the best I’ve had in a while , strength was rocketing and plenty of reps added to sets
