    Usual morning routine this morning
    Work block followed by walk and coffee

    Headed to the gym a little earlier today as had meal 1 earlier

    Upper session ticked off and a few reps on the mojority of exercises and sets

    Still getting stronger in this diet phase which is perfect hunger is slightly higher but no issues as feels like to be hungry finally

    Rest day today for me weight down to 117.2kg

    Morning coffee with the little ones before heading to take them out to a another soft play . Gets the step in !

    A few check ins this morning so got worked boxed off nice and early then took th little ones out

    In afternoon trained legs with a client at Kultur gym nice lay out with majority primal kit

    Evening food shop and steps

    Tomorrow rest again

    Work this morning and then took the little one out for the day

    Steps ticked off nice and early , evening spent resting ready for legs tomorrow

    If planning to go back on cycle would jump back onto trt test and some gh , get bloods done after a good few weeks then adjust as needed

    Sweated out a fair amount in my sleep last night as decided to go on a 5 min sunbed and got burnt so body is constantly hot !

    Still had a solid night sleep

    Busy morning of work before a dog walk and meal 1

    Headed out for a coffee and to send some parcels off pre gym

    Upper session was the best I’ve had in a while , strength was rocketing and plenty of reps added to sets

    Tomorrow will rest

    Check in feedback this week was more food and increase in primo by 200mg

    Current cycle

    1.6g test e per week

    700 mg primo per week

    8iu gh pre bed

    Once finishing morning block usual dog walk racking up around 3k steps

    Headed out after meal 1 for a coffee food shop and haircut

    Evening spent working with a little bit of chill before bed

    Check in day today for me

    Average weight down 0.8kg this week , plan is to press on with dieting phase so no refeeds needed . Cycle changes today

    Tren e to 150mg per week
    Clen to 80mcg
    Yohimbine in at 10mg
    Anavar 50 in on training days only

    Legs hit this afternoon and was one of those sessions everything felt extra heavy but still pushed through

    Rest day tomorrow

    Trained upper , few movements stalled but progress in most exercises
