Dog walk first thing then out with the little ones and family today
Steps ticked off nice and early which meant a chilled evening ready to be back in usual routine tomorrow

Usual morning set up , did wake up feel a little bit more tired today but had a small nap pre gym and felt fresh after that
Hit upper at swole gym today different pieces of kit so didn’t log today just gauged on what felt good
Weight was upto 120.3 after the first high day a kg up so will take some more pics and see if fuller through the legs
