    Rest day today for me

    Busy morning with check ins and new setups

    Once finishing morning block usual dog walk racking up around 3k steps

    Headed out after meal 1 for a coffee food shop and haircut

    Evening spent working with a little bit of chill before bed

    Are you currently training upper lower 4 times per week? Or is it upper lower 2 on 1 off repeat? Thanks!

    Still running training 4 x per week

    Upper Monday
    Lower tuesday
    Rest Wednesday
    Upper Thursday
    Rest Friday
    Legs Saturday
    Rest Sunday

    Check in day today for me

    Average weight down 0.8kg this week , plan is to press on with dieting phase so no refeeds needed . Cycle changes today

    Tren e to 150mg per week
    Clen to 80mcg
    Yohimbine in at 10mg
    Anavar 50 in on training days only

    Legs hit this afternoon and was one of those sessions everything felt extra heavy but still pushed through

    Rest day tomorrow

    Busy morning of work

    Didn’t get a chance for a dog walk this morning so took them out in the evening

    Trained upper , few movements stalled but progress in most exercises

    Evening of steps and work

    Tomorrow in for arms and legs and check in day for me

    Rest day today

    Dog walk first thing then out with the little ones and family today

    Steps ticked off nice and early which meant a chilled evening ready to be back in usual routine tomorrow

    Another drop in scale weight today sitting at 118.9

    Morning spent with the little ones , then a few coaching calls before a dog walk

    Ended up having a nap pre gym today

    Hit legs and eveythjng felt good , numbers up on most movements and sets

    Tomorrow rest day for me

    Usual morning set up , did wake up feel a little bit more tired today but had a small nap pre gym and felt fresh after that

    Hit upper at swole gym today different pieces of kit so didn’t log today just gauged on what felt good

    Weight was upto 120.3 after the first high day a kg up so will take some more pics and see if fuller through the legs
