    Rest day today

    Morning and afternoon of work followed by a massage

    Grabbed a coffee and haircut , followed by cinema in the evening

    Most likely caused by the calorie deficit combined with thyroid hormones during contest prep, not histamine or an underlying health issue.

    Being lean along with low glycogen and underfed increases sympathetic nervous system activity, and when T3/T4 are added, nighttime heat production and adrenaline release go up leading to night sweats.

    This can persist for weeks after prep until calories, glycogen, and leptin fully recover, even if you’re only on TRT.

    In the offseason, higher food intake blunts this stress response, which is why it disappears despite similar AAS use.

    Check in today

    Another 2 days of high food with 100g carb increase on those days 4400 calories total

    Trained at a different gym today to try and closer to the house and was decent probably have a few more session there

    Rest day tomorrow and 2 hour massage booked in

    Morning of client work today and then went out for a coffee , usual routine of coffee after work

    2 meals then headed to the gym

    Upper session today , a few of the pressing moments stalled but can expect progress every session

    Check in day tomorrow for me and legs day also

    Another drop this morning sitting me at 118.7kg today

    Rest day for me so went to meet a mate for a coffee this morning and then took the kids to soft play in afternoon

    Hit steps left in the evening with a small dog walk

    A few bits of work to do this morning then took the kids and dog to see a friend for a coffee

    By the time we were back it was time for pre gym meal

    Headed to the gym for legs and then spent the evening writing client plans

    Tomorrow will be a rest day

    Weight down 0.7kg this morning after first higher day so will be putting in the same good again today

    Morning work as usual today followed by a quick trip to the shops and laundrette before heading to the gym

    Session professions were up today and new pbs hit on the movements

    Evening spent writing up new starter setups for coaching
