Another busy morning with work
Then had a trip to the barbers and got some steps along with a coffee
Hit last upper session before surgery tomorrow
Rest and recover for the next few weeks

Busy one This morning , client check ins which were slower responses than usually as wifi went down and had no phone signal
Hit final leg session before surgery on Thursday and was a strong one !

Upper session today for me
Firstly a morning of client work before heading out for some steps
Weight is holding steady at 121kg with no fluctuations
Thursday gyno opt so will have atleast 2 weeks out the gym

Took the little ones out to soft play and then back for dinner
Tomorrow back in for upper

Deffo works for food noise , have zero interest in food when I was reversing out of a diet using it

Little ones 3rd birthday today so not the usual morning routine but not everyday is like that
Once presents were opened took the dog out for a walk and then grabbed a coffee
Solid leg day for me checked off in the afternoon and all lifts stronger than ever !
3 more session until gyno op

I use 500mg year round and have found since using it helps me stay leaner .

Only change made is increasing the test by 300mg this week again
Idea is to drive test higher as estrogen isn’t sitting high from ratios off bloodwork
Maintain current weight with current food set up
Trainer after 2 meals as usual , very good leg session felt strong

What are the doses and ratio are you currently running at? Was there a factor that changed this? Apologize if I missed some in the log. [/quote]
Basisically want to drive my test up as high as possible as the main thing why I haven’t before is my nipple sensitivity , where I’m getting glands removed next week I have no issue doing thisInstagram - heckrules

Rest day for me today
Morning of client work then steps
Headed to laundrette to doing my washing and then into town to get a coffee haircut and steps
Knees were aching today from squats yesterday so massage is deffo needed as usually from tight quads
Tomorrow will be back in for upper

For liss cardio I would aim for around 130bpm , the leaner you get you’ll see cv fitness increase so will have to take the level up to hit the required heart rate

There is no rule to how low Calories can go , if you want to be leaner then push on harder . Still have cardio as a tool also for extra expenditure

Once everything checked off dog walk and coffee before heading to train upper
Session was okay not much progression on numbers but it happens time to time and trying to hold out until surgery next week before deloading as will get plenty of time off then

Test is all you need for a cruise / clear out don’t see the benefit of adding var if cruising
