So I do fasted on wake. Pre workout and pre bed I’d do 12iu pre bed 6 fasted 6 preWO

I take mine after my last meal and then I can wind down for 60 mins or so before I start to drop off

Best leg session I’ve had in about a year today. Connection, feel, load moved, I’m
Going to feel it tomorrow but it was a mega session, cardio, walk, and then lots of client work Fridays are busy!The we have been to meet josh Maley and Yvette for food and a catch up, live those 2.

Congrats on the gender reveal – she’s going to have you wrapped around her little finger 😂
On the balance point mate, it’s really difficult to achieve, I’ve found for me when looking at career vs my time vs family time I just accept and communicate with loved one’s that at different times the balance will need to shift.
In those moments/weeks when career/profession has to take up the majority of my time, I carve out (schedule) specific activities with loved ones whether that be a coffee, dinner out, walk etc that is a non negotiable – so whilst they don’t get a lot of your time, they do get your full attention for the time that you set aside.
Don’t be too hard on yourself, your working to provide a better life for them.

I agree so would watch the tutorials. There’s not going to be anything that’s optimal here. So just pick what you like, that you can progress, recover and get plenty of bang for buck

As I eat my last meal around 8:30pm and bed around 9:30pm it’s away from my last meal and then doesn’t have any interference from food, imkike a coffee in a morning when I wake up before cardio. So I don’t want any interference here.So constant absorption, fewer interactions, more stable thyroid levels.
Metformin mainly few GI related issues for me and better fasting BG control

It seems to have been a mental couple of weeks. Where I feel I’ve been a little out of routine. Work has been busy, we have had a lot on interns of baby schedules, new car, and I feel like my days have been shorter so travelling to train in derby hasnt been feasible with my workload.
But….im getting on top of it now. Couple new starters to set up over the weekend snd 4/5 new training plans and I will be back on track.

Felt great!
What I have found a little more difficult is being the best coach I can be, but also being more selfish to be the best bodybuilder, and then also giving the people close to me enough time. It’s a tough balance and I’m still working to find the right balance for all to progress how I want.

This is just about getting started and seeing how the body responds.
As hilly suggests 4 x weights session a week.
Daily cardio & step target.
Set your Maintenance calories. Eat 1g protein per 1lb of BW and make the rest up from carbs and a few healthy fats.
Get your sleep in, drink 4-5 litres of water
Train hard and enjoy it and see how you respond buddy.

Great session today although a little later due to going car shopping. Bought pheebs a new baby mobile and got rid of the 240i for an X3 proper mum wagon.

Your test result is capped at the top of the test readings. Standard lab tests can’t read supraphysiological levels, so it’ll show 40 nmol/L no matter if you’re on 200 mg or 500 mg.
<br data-start=”302″ data-end=”305″> The jump in estradiol most likely means your mast is actually test or partly test, because mast doesn’t aromatise it shouldn’t push E2 up like that. The high free test also lines up with you running more total androgen than you think.So either get bloods pulled from a diff lab. Check the source of your Mast and get some lab results.
maybe switch to primo or a little EQ to conbtrol E2 if you start feeling like there are some symptoms.
